IMPORTANT questions about DNP cycle.

I have been taking 200mg of Heretic's Gen II caps for the last 3 days and today I am going to bump up to 400mg's. My question is should I take these on an empty stomach or with a meal? Do I take them both at once or take one in the am and one in the pm? Should I wait to take them after my 1pm workout? Please help me out fellas.

Honestly, I took mine in the morning right when I woke up. right after that I usualy had a protien shake and a small amount of good carbs (oatmeal or somthing). I just took it all at once, in the morning since dnp has a 36 hour halflife... or life... shit i dont remember... well anyway its going to be in your system for 36 hours just so you know. so take both at once in the morning right before breakfast, thats what ive done... ive done 3 cycles so far and all have been quite successfull. later

some take the dosage all at once, I split dosages. I would take onewith meal in morning and the other 2-3pm. You'll peak twice during the day and it will calm down before night. You will find sleep much harder at 400mg/day so strat hitting the benedryl for a sounder sleep.

I would wait to take the afternoon dosage after your workout with post workout meal.

I went with 400mg today and didn't notice a whole lot of difference in the terms of increased body heat and more sweating. I am going to bump it up to 600mg tomorrow to see how that goes. I do notice that it is getting harder for me to fall asleep at night, but I am also on tren so who knows. It's a good thing that I have a script for ambien, but am deffinitely going to get some benadryl tomorrow. I have also been experiencing some side aches of some kind. They are that painful, but just uncomfortable enough to bother me. I also have stomach ulcers that occasionally bleed, so that might be it as well.

Uh... dont do that... let it run at 400 for a couple more days... trust me. DNP sneaks up on you and you dont want to fry yourself. run 400 for 2 more days.. if still nothing... then up it... but give it time..

Slow down bro, you're going up too fast. DNP will build up in your body and if you ramp up too fast it will hit you like a ton of bricks. You should ride a dose for at least four days before deciding to go up to the next level.

id stay with 400 mg for a bit. i wake up in puddles of sweat and thristy as a mo fo'. (if i fall asleep that is).

I hope you read the other Bro's warnings before you jumped up to 600mg. the trick with DNP is buildup not the dosage on hand. Remember it has a long life in you body and therefore a dosage from 2-3 days ago is still there. Add up the dosages from those days and it gets to be alot. Hang in there at 400mg for 3-4 days and then decide. It will get stronger with the build up. Oh and don't believe you have to be a sweaty pig for it to work. Pup

yeah, play it safe bro, stay at 400 for a while... then go to 600 if you still dont feel anything

Sure glad I have guys like you to rely on here at meso. I'd probably end up killin myself. Anyways, thanks for the help and your advice will be followed. I let you guys know how it's goin.

You'll be more than surprised with what a good diet and low dosages of DNP can do so don't think you have to match the cycles on here. I did several recently and had my best results, almost double the loss, with 200mg for 10 days vs 600mg-800mg. I lost 6 lbs and was able to function well enough. Consider this when the 400mg/day starts cooking. you might find it more suitable for you also.

I am again humbled by all of the knowledge and helpfulness here at Meso. I did stick with 400mg today and am pretty freakin glad that I did. I pretty much felt shitty for most of the day. I experienced more heat and sweating and really started feeling run down. I get pretty bad side aches now and get winded very easily. Do any of you guys know what causes these two side effects especially the side aches. Do you think that my insides are getting drained of too much water? I drink as much as I can and I am piss glows in the dark about 75% of the time. I plan on sticking with this dosage for at least another day to see how my body handles it. I will be on day 6 tomorrow so maybe on day 7, I will see about 600mg. I did start to use benadryl tonight in hopes of some kind of sleepling aid. Even with the ambien I still had a tuff time getting to sleep last night.

Eat plenty of fruit like apples, oranges and pears to replenish. They make you feel better when run down. Remember to eat your good carbs also, this isn't a low carb kinda product. Although it does make you feel hotter. I throughly believe it is needed for fat loss. Also, I salt the crap out of everything to help hang on to as much fluid as I can. I even salt my oranges which actually tastes wonderful due to extreme sweating.

The problem you are having with side aches should be addressed with heretic. He gets various questions that are not considered common and would probably be able to help.

Oh, and expect the flat, no pump, I am melting into a mushy peice of crap feeling. Don't weigh....its useless until 3-4 days after last dose and expect your workouts to last 15-20min. Stress your easy cardio like walking when your just not able to lift. It doesn't have to be anything dramatic, activity in general will help the process.
 
I assume the side aches are from getting winded? If so that's you diaphragm that's just sore, it doesn't have anything to do with the DNP.
Make sure you're drinking some V8 or Gatorade at least to replace minerals and potassium.

I've seen good results off of just 200mg/day for 5 days. I've run it higher before, but the cost/benefit ratio doesn't justify it to me to go higher again. There's no need to get greedy and feel miserable!

I believe I read where H said it would be beneficial to run DNP right after a cycle. Would running it for a week during the cycle kill any gains, even if it were run at 200-400 mg ed?
 
well, from what i've read, DNP doesn't actually eat away at the muscle itself, but since it doesn't allow you to lift weights to your fullest potential, i could see that as a possible loss in muscle. however, don't go by the scale because DNP makes you retain water. also, i'm kinda new to this stuff, so wait and see what a vet says just to be sure. hope this helps, though.

Res the down side to DNP during a cycle is there will not be gains in strength or muscle. The benefit would be less muscle loss....I believe.

Alot of people use DNP after cycle to clean receptors. Its a theory at best but I believe a sound one. In theory, you could shorten time off gear to a minimal 7-10 days before starting again. I believe this would require extensive dosages to be effective but that just my 2 cents. Pup

thats mostly true, but to be honest i have been pushing the same weight on my dnp as i had the previous workout, and actually bumped up 5 lbs on incline bench. god the stuff drags all the energy out of you though, i would definately recommend taking ephedrine before a workout if you want to get anything accomplished.

also, i am holding virtually no water on my dnp cycle right now. i have lost some bodyfat i can feel it in my stomach for sure, but my muscles look at lot flatter. i expect them to go back to normal after im off and glyogen is replenished. cant wait to card up....mmmmmm chicken alfredo.
