IMPORTANT questions about DNP cycle.

I have been taking 200mg of Heretic's Gen II caps for the last 3 days and today I am going to bump up to 400mg's. My question is should I take these on an empty stomach or with a meal? Do I take them both at once or take one in the am and one in the pm? Should I wait to take them after my 1pm workout? Please help me out fellas.
 
Yep, the ephedrine (or at the very least caffeine) is a must. If I forget to take it before my workout while on it, then I will last about 30 minutes before I am too tired to go on.
 
yes...what the other said...stay at 400mgs for awhile longer than increase if necessary. trust me 600mgs isnt fun..i accidentily overdsed to 600mgs the 2nd time..and 1st time i tryed 600mgs...the day AFTER the 600mg dose is when i really felt bad...was practically bedridden all day...could hardly walk or talk cuz i was so tired...and air slightly warmer than 73 or so would make me sweat...that afternoon after the overdose i layed down under a few fans on my bed with my cloithes off...the next morning my whole bed was soaked in sweat..i had to change positions a few times sleeping because of the damn sweating. the day after the overdose i was totally fine though...but im sure about 400mgs was still in me. So in other words...WAIT at least 2-3 more days be4 increasing dosage...i cant even describe how shitty even a small overdose feeling is like...because thats what i got...if i did 800mgs im sure id probably be in the hospital..be careful sir...

thats mostly true, but to be honest i have been pushing the same weight on my dnp as i had the previous workout, and actually bumped up 5 lbs on incline bench. god the stuff drags all the energy out of you though, i would definately recommend taking ephedrine before a workout if you want to get anything accomplished.

also, i am holding virtually no water on my dnp cycle right now. i have lost some bodyfat i can feel it in my stomach for sure, but my muscles look at lot flatter. i expect them to go back to normal after im off and glyogen is replenished. cant wait to card up....mmmmmm chicken alfredo.


"detraining" biologically shouldn't work as fast as what a proper DNP cycle would consist of anyway assuming caloric intake is reasonable. I also had severe strength losses while on, but keep in mind glycogen is utilized for energy which is pretty much deleted to hell while on DNP, also the lethargy/lack of energy is going to play a huge role in your performance. My sets were generally 10RM, and just the breathing issues would prevent me from training anywhere close to failure. I wouldn't worry about progress associated with workouts while on, it won't hurt ya. Think of it more as a way of expending calories. Best of luck while on, just finished my 7 dayer yesterday and last night was by far the worse sweating I've ever experienced.
