Increasing HGH dosage on heavy training days

I would like to know if there is any benefit to increasing gh dose on heavy training days.

I heard vigorous Steve talk about how he does 10 or 20iu only on leg days. That made me wonder, is there any benefit to increasing the dose to 10iu or more only on heavy training days? Currently on 5iu daily before bed

There is limited scientific evidence supporting a clear benefit to specifically increasing GH doses on heavy training days for most users.

I'm just looking to get some anecdotal evidence, interested in hearing what others thinks. I doubt there would be studies on this exact scenario

Some people get a better drive with more hgh but it's quiet rare. And the idea behind it would be to have an igf1 rising I think.

But in the long term it's useless. You build muscle on your recovery days so an equal dose every day is better.
Whether it's for HGH or any steroid. Would you increase the dose of testosterone punctually according to the training ? No.
(except those who have TNE or tren base as a pre-workout...)

A one-time increase on heavy training brings nothing more except losing money and abusing drugs (Vigorous Steve is basically a steroid / drug addict). And potentially unwanted side effects.

Not for GH. Pre workout use of PEDs can provide more drive, strength, endurance, and anticatabolic effects. At best if you took GH preworkout (and didn’t drink any carbs during training) you’ll get some more fat loss.

That makes sense

My understanding is most of the MPS and other adaptations from working out happen in the 12-24 hour post workout window. So logically I can't think of a reason NOT to take a larger bolus of GH in the post workout window...it seems that would be the time to be best utilized.

There's also research showing EOD or 3x per week dosing of GH is equivalent to daily dosing as long as the weekly doses are the same so it would be an interesting experiment to run your weekly allotment of GH into large bolus doses only post workout on workout days..like if you work out M/W/F and typically take 5iu daily, split your 35iu weekly dose into ~12iu post workout on M/W/F.

I was doing exactly that for a while (12iu MWF). Feels good to have those off days, and my fbg and other beetus numbers got so nice and low that I just went back to daily for now since I’m in a gain phase. Seemed to “work” perfectly fine though.

Theoretically speaking, it SHOULD help, and definitely won't hurt. But how much benefit vs steady dosing = who knows.
GH increases IGF1 for something like 24-36 hours. The more GH the bigger the IGF1 spike, and this increase in IGF1 is what we want.
So if you are doing 5iu 5 days a week and 10iu 2 days a week, more should be better than straight 5iu x 7. But is it better than an equivalent dose of 6.5 iu x 7 days? Who knows...
But serostim does medically recommend daily 18iu dosing, or EOD 18iu dosing in these larger boluses vs taking a 1/2 dose (9iu) ed.
