Infection??? Help!

I'm glad you stepped up and exposed them

ALWAYS STERILE FILTER ANY BLACK MARKET GEAR
NO MATTER WHAT IDIOT SHILLS SAY

This just proves on how badly shills have taken over this and other boards elsewhere.

Shills even tried to ridicule me for advising to sterile filter all black market gear, just in case:

While roids ain't injected directly in veins or made in bathtubs (they are usually made in glass beakers), they ain't sterile.
Most sources don't even bother to filter their gear at all.

So the advice don't inject UG shit is still valid.
Researching busts on labs

Not pretending to be a know-it-all

When in doubt, filter it
Just common sense

Researching busts on labs

This is absolutely true.
Look at the many reported cases of infection (from bacteria) despite the burning injection pain from high BA content.
.22um or .45 syringe filter?

I've read very mixed reviews from Pharmacon. They are rumored to shill boards intensively.
Stealth injectables might work but you'll need to sterile filter them. Not a big deal, in fact you should resterile filter ALL UG gear.
Best source for raw Test Powder?

And they suffer as a result of no HCG

HCG is an absolute must for juiciers
so are syringe filters

To OP
why not 1 g test
1 g eq?
(or 500 mg eq, 500 mg deca)
Right no tren or orals advice

If you're gonna juice
do it right

don't listen to what pathetic shills say
many sources don't sell hcg so they say it ain't needed
many sources don't filter or sterilize their gear so they say filtering ain't needed

they only care about a quick buck
most shills never lifted weights
they never juiced
and English ain't their first (or second LOL) language
Right no tren or orals advice

If you decide to use injectables
buy some empty sterile vials and 0.22 um syringe filters.
Always use the syringe filter as an additional safety measure in case your gear ain't sterile from the source.
For a beginner an 800 mg week equipoise + 30 or 40 mg dianabol would be amazing.
Orals Only and Sarms to compliment.

Filtering is good advice (especially with glass ampoules), but to be clear, filtering removes large contaminants - it does not sterilize the solution, nor remove does it remove microbial toxins.

.2 watman micron sterile filter will take out viruses and bacteria.

If you run a vial through a filter how much oil gets lost in the filter?

I'm just curious, obviously whatever amount is worth it if it's taking out infection stuff.

I can't seem to find much about the .2 watman filter except topics that involve brewing of steroids, but not pre-injection :/ I've also tried YouTube but just a load of liquid pours out of the watman filters that they use, not something you can withdraw from a vial or inject into

Less than you would pay for a cup of Starbucks, maybe .25 ml? The peace of mind is priceless. Any infection 1.5" under your skin is going to suck. I remember baking tren long ago, heat and filtering? Seem like I need to research some more on this. Once bitten....

Edit: hey Nick, get a 5 or 10cc. syrange, draw oil into it, remove needle, insert filter where needle was, put NEW needle on other end of filter, insert into vented, sterile vile, push slow and steady.

Wish I would've posted yesterday but periodically check the forums and stumbled upon here. As many others have said amoxicillin isn't used to treat what you have. For a skin infection like yours which looks to be cellulitis your best bet to treat that would be bactrim ds and keflex.

I wouldn't play around with different antibiotics until you get it cleared your playing with fire doing that. Also, I would go see a dr but I would advise agaisnt telling him you are cycling. I caught cellulitis years ago and the Dr kept pressuring me on telling him what I was doing. He said there's only 2 ways to have what you have and that's by using iv drugs or by using steroids and from the looks of it you are taking steroids.

Long story short I ended up telling him I was cycling "he said our talk was confidential" and he ended up telling the infectious disease doctor and documented in my chart. To the member who said say you got stuck by a thorn I think that's a crafty alibi to use. Just be smart before that turns into mrsa, best of luck.
Doc gave me bactrim for a puncture wound through my foot. Worst part was I threw a spud bar through it!

Okay don't give me shit about my unflexed quads, been 4 days since I injected left quad pain peaked a day 3 but is subsiding, quad is hot and red, although swelling seems to be going down. Been checking myself out for a fever every few hours, so far I've stayed at 96. Also no signs of cyst.

I don't want to go to the doctor, do I have an infection? I would appreciate if someone can share some good info on infections on this thread, even if I don't have an infection I would still like to have a future reference.
Are those your quads or your hairy glutes?

Say you were trying to take away an old safety pin from your child and they got excited and accidentally poked you in the leg with it tell the doc it looked a little rusty

You may be able to minimize losses by filtering during aspiration, and continue aspirating with the syringe inverted (hopefully in a sanitized atmosphere), then replace with a standard needle and inject into a sterile vial.

Infections happen no matter how careful. I'm dealing with this (see pic). Brand new vial with first ML out of it, new clean needle (obviously), skin/hands/vials all wiped with alcohol. 2 days later and I'm breaking out the amoxicillin. Sucks.

What lab? Seems like your gear's to blame if you were really that careful about it..

I'm going to disagree with you there. I'm a nurse and this quite uncommon. I give thousands of injections each year without the results you have. If antisepsis is performed correctly, this will not happen unless there is a contaminated medication. I suggest using chlorhexidine with alcohol rather than just alcohol for antisepsis, and using an antimicrobial filter on the gear you have.

I was under the same impression NO1B43M ...I was really shocked this happened because I was extremely careful to disinfect everything. This was a combination of test e 300 from pharmacon and HCG from an ampule. The ampoule and vial were both opened seconds before the injection. I checked the serial number on the vial with the pharmacon website and it was original. Both products came from basicstero domestic. A day and a half of amoxicillin and it looks a little better, so I think it will be fine. I just don't understand how it happened considering how careful I am. and this is the first infection ever.

I don't know. We had one guy shoot it into his prostate. Another one swabbed the needle first. Anything can happen. They all have one thing in common- they wait for their leg to blow up before they go to the doc and say they have a sinus infection.

The most common mistake I see with antisepsis is patience. I suggest cleaning the area with soap and water prior to using an antiseptic. If the area has hair, remove the hair. You will never be able to effectively disinfect hair with an antiseptic solution. Next, scrub the area vigorously for at least 30 seconds and allow to dry for 2 minutes. Much of the bacteria is killed during the evaporation of the solution. This technique will decrease bacteria by 2 log.

I think a lot of people are afraid of going to the doctor when something like this happens. The fact that you're injecting substances that are usually not coming from a doctor directly opens up a big potential can of worms. It's just like having PCT or adex on hand during cycle. If you expect the worst, you'll probably be safer in the long run. I keep a stock of antibiotics as a first responder when something like this happens. fortunately this is never happened before but I think I've nipped it in the bud by immediately starting amoxicillin.
