Injectable 5 Amino 1mq

Hey Team,

Does anyone have any experience or advice with the peptide injectable 5 amino 1mq?

Most of the research/videos I have managed to find have all been relating to the oral version.

Cheers

Hey Brother,

From what I’ve observed, many people start with a dose of 50mg per day and gradually increase it to 100mg or even 150mg, typically splitting the doses evenly throughout the day—like 50mg in the morning and 50mg at night.

Here are some of the benefits I've come across:

- Fat loss
- Improved metabolic rate and management of metabolic disorders
- Potential cancer therapy support
- Anti-aging and longevity benefits

I’d love to hear from anyone who has experience with this, especially with the injectable form. What dosages would you recommend, and what benefits have you personally experienced?

It seems promising, but my risk tolerance would require a major benefit to use a novel compound so early, I really want at least a decade of other people using it to know there's not some potentially awful consequence that's not yet uncovered because enough time hasn't elapsed and not enough people have been exposed to it.

I'll note the TLDR of this peptide is that it prevents bacteria moving from the intestines to the bloodstream, where it's killed by the immune system. The remnants of bacterial cell walls, endotoxins, which an ever growing body of evidence point to being the trigger of many types of long term disease, in this case, metabolic, resulting in obesity and higher diabetes risk, as well as Alzheimer's, the sufferers of which have very high levels of endotoxins.

Despite the precise mechanisms of harm caused by endotoxin exposure just beginning to be understood, its clear the less the better, with everyone from the World Health Organization to the FDA understanding the need to keep CUMULATIVE exposure to endotoxin exposure to an absolute minimum, particularly in parenterals (injectable meds), where we have no natural defense to filter them out.

Those of us using peptides and gear are at particular risk, because of the volume of unregulated substances we inject.

It's impossible to rid them via sterilization, testing levels is challenging and inaccurate, at best, and the only effective strategy available to us is to keep them out to begin with. For peptide users, using PHARMA BAC water only, which is endotoxin free, will go a long way. For home brewers, using endoxtoxin free excipients specifically made for injectables like Benzyl Alcohol would help lower the amount that ends up in the finished product. .

"THE ENDOTOXIN CHALLENGE
It is difficult to remove endotoxins from raw materials, and nearly impossible to remove them from the formulation. Compared to other types of formulations, endotoxins in parenteral formulations pose an added risk to patient safety. Therefore, these have stricter regulatory requirements with respect to endotoxins.

Precautionary measures are therefore critical especially when the materials are from natural sources or are biologically produced, or when non-sterile bulk steps or preservation-free solutions are involved."

Hey Team,

I came across a “peptide dosing cheat sheet” that outlines recommended doses for various compounds. You can check it out here:

Peptide Dosing Chart

I want to note that I haven’t thoroughly reviewed this or compared it to any studies, so I can’t vouch for its accuracy.

For example, the chart suggests a daily dose of 150mcg for injectable 5 Amino 1mq.

It would be great if anyone could jump in and share their firsthand experiences or insights!

Cheers,
JAC

Very sensible approach mate. I appreciate the response and will take a look at the link now!

Sorry for the novel, but it seemed like a logical tangent given this peptide provides its benefits by reducing internally produced endotoxins. Feel free to hit me up with any questions, as I've taken a deep dive into this topic, which is still a very much emerging and very active area of medical research.

Thanks mate. I’ll follow you now, then does that allow me to send you DM’s or do I just ask questions in the thread?

Hey Mate
I don’t have the option to DM you do you have the option to send me one to open the chat?

I'm not sure when the DM restriction lifts. It might be time, or based on number of posts. If you can't DM me after clicking my username, just post wherever in response or add @Ghoul to your post.

Thanks mate when I remember what I was going to ask you I’ll tag away.

Quick one apart from GLPs what peptides have you used/recommend for fat loss?

Hello @Ghoul!

I homebrew my glutathione after this recipe:
I got my glutathione from BulkSupplements due to multiple recommendations.

Two days ago I woke up like two hours after my glutathione injection having chills. I was so cold I could barely get out of my bed to put on some more clothes.
This has in fact happened to me some months ago but back then I did not know what the reason was since I took multiple peptides and drank alcohol right after, thinking it was just an interplay between those multiple compounds.
Due to me sololely injecting glutathione with some gh this time, I was convinced the glutathione was the troublemaker here.
Ive also had multiple occasions of feeling a little ill or very tired after my injections.
A simple google search gave me an explanation to the issue i was witnessing:
It seems like the endotoxin level in my homebrew is way too high for it to be safe to inject because the powder I was using is meant as dietary supplement only.

Ive homebrew my Lcarnitine with the powder from BulkSupplements aswell and never had any issues to this point, using 1g/day rn. Also have I injected glutathione at least 30 times and only on these two occasions had such a dramatic negative effect. Worth to mention though - I used about 350mg, usually I only do 200mg. This is because I am on 40mg injectable superdrol and thought a little more antioxidants would not hurt.

My questions regarding all of this are:
1. Do you think it is relatively safe to keep using my Lcarnitine? Maybe even the glutathione in lower dosages until my superdrol cycle ends, since i do not have any other liver health supplements on hand?
2. Is it safe to homebrew Lcarnitine and glutathione with the powder sold from QSC, or is the chance of it containing high levels of endotoxins also given?

Thank you in advance for reading through all of that and also for playing a very important role in harm reduction in the ped community. Ive read alot of your posts and am indeed impressed by your knowledge and they way you articulate urself.

People may act like im glazing but thats just my personal take! :)

That's an excellent find.

Brother, I know you've invested some money into this, but your body isn't a garbage can. Your long term health has no price, something not usually realized until there's a problem.

Endotoxin symptoms mean exposure was EXTREMELY high, Most of the focus now is on long term harms that don't cause any detectable symptoms at all,

You've gotten a warning, literally felt it, I wouldn't touch that stuff again, at any dose, ever. It's like asking if inhaling a little asbestos is ok.

Either buy the correct grade compound for injection from a science chemical supplier, which is legal but expensive, or at the very least, buy the finished product from a legitimate India pharma company. PCT24, PCTZone, or CosmicPCT can all get it for you if you ask, I'm sure, inexpensively.

Hello Ghoul!

Thanks FYI.

So you are saying that the glutathione or Lcarnitine raws from QSC are probably not safe either?

Sadly I can not buy from India because I live in Europa and PCT24 does not even ship here, because all packages get seized.

Many are now shipping from the UAE to the EU without issue.

I wouldn't trust those Glut raws, no. You cannot remove endotoxin with any method available to the homebrewer, or even compounding pharmacy. The L-carnatine may be fine, this seems a problem isolated that single compound.

I was also interested in results from the oral version. I try to avoid orals as much as possible but it’s all I’ve found from my sources. I was also curious if you had any experience stacking it with SLU PP 332? I’ve seen where stacking those two with Retatrutide have been effective.

Finally, 5 amino has been hard to find in stock where I usually go, is there a thread where I can ask for vetted sources? Glad to see this thread was available. @Ghoul I saw your feedback as well and you always provide great insight so I didn’t know if you have read up on any of the above?

Hard enough to keep up to date with one compound, never mind stacking and increasing the complexity.

Slupp has gotten a lot of interest, but the risk/reward ratio isn't there for my tolerance, this early. Happy to see so many volunteers, we'll see how things turn out over the longer term. Hopefully as safe and effective as it appears

Totally makes sense. I’ll let you know!
