injured back, what do you think?????

hey bros, i feel from about 4 feet up directly on my ass about 3 weeks ago and my lower back is killing me. It is directly in the middle of my back directly above my hips. I can't stand straight up, it takes about 20 seconds to stand up straight. What do you guys think?? Maybe a disc problem???

Could be a compressed disc in your back. Instead of wasting time on here asking questions, I would have been in the Dr's office by now finding out the true reason of why you have this pain.

I feel your pain bro because I have been getting back pain on and off for 5 years. IMO back pain is the worst pain imaginable since every activity you do, you have to use your back. I would go to a doc asap before it can become chronic.

I'm a chiropractor and I would recommend getting your back x-rayed as soon as possible. Best place to start to make sure you didn't sustain a fracture.

If no fracture is present, maybe you just need a few adjustments. You should be good to go after that.

go see a chiropractor. x-ray might not show anything if its a disc problem. do u have radiating pain

i have an appointment next weeks bros, and thanks for the concern. I was just trying to get an overall opinion. The muscles right around the area are inflamed and swollen and the pain is directly over my spine in my lower back in an area about 3in by 3in. Hopefully it isn't serious. Take care bros.
