Is vitargo equivalent to cyclic dextrin?
The place I usually get it from had vitargo instead, this time round, so I got that.
Is the only difference that vitargo is from maize?
I honestly don't know.
I've never heard of used that brand so I don't know anything about it.

vitargo is made from corn starch and has nothing to do with cyclic dextrin, it is a patented mixture of different sugars and starches and they claim to absorb twice as fast as dextrose....and that sounds like BS and useless for our purposes, you want something that does not upset ur digestion and is able raise insulin high enough to trigger aminoacid uptake

I would not bother with vitargo if I had the option but now that u got it try it and see how it feels...

Im with this guy. vitargo tends to be thick and clumpy, overpriced too, like HBCD in my opinion.

i used it in the past and it wasnt a good experience. I would suggest dextrose or maltodextrin diluted in enough water, if that upsets your stomach, i would mix 40-60% dextrose/maltodextrin and HBCD and see how that goes, and if its still giving you issues, try plain HBCD.
