I can't remember who or where, but someone said they kept their gear in the fridge and just heated it before shot.

It fucking hurts. I don’t know if it’s an EO blend but the stinging and burning begin right as I pin it and continues for an hour or so afterwards. The pumps in the gym are crazy, strength up everyday, can’t sleep for the first week on tren and I’ve been sleeping like shit. Just ordered some Magnesium spray thanks to @Roger rabbit.
