I see in another post that Rod was interested in Hogg's IQ. Check this site
out and take the classic IQ test. It is only 40 questions and you get your
results right away. I took it a while ago but I'll have to log back on to see
what my score was. I was actually quite surprised on how high it was.
Give it a try guys.
 
you forgot the URL. a lot of those web IQ tests are abbreviated and inflate scores. they always pitch the full product at the end, marketing via ego appeal.
 
I got 127 on this particular test. The email from them read: Mike, you are a Visual Mathematician.

This means you are gifted at spotting patterns. This and your overall high intelligence make you good at understanding the big picture.

I realize that your score depends on several factors and will vary depending
upon the test you are taking and your particular state of mind when you take
the test.

BTW, my 11 year old daughter took the same test right after me and got 111.
The email said she is a "Word Warrior".

And yeah, its the tickle test. I got a popup one day and didn't have anything
better to do. I've searched around since then and found some better sites but
haven't got around to taking any of them. I guess I'm happy with the score I
got on the tickle test and don't want reality to slap me in the face yet again. :confused:

Probably not. The average IQ for a physician is only 130 and most of them seem pretty smart.

I must have been drunk when I took that test. There is no way you two guys could be smarter than I am. lol

Even so that would not necessarily mean that I am smarter, just means that I have a higher IQ.

So true dolfe. When I was younger it would always bother me when someone would do better than me on a certain subject when I knew (at least thought) that I was smarter. Now I realize that each person has there own strengths and weaknesses and it's up to them to take advantage of what they are good at. I'm going back to school in the fall for the 1st time in 15 years. I sure hope I have it figured out by then what it is that I am good at. It will probably be a huge eye opener for me,,,,I just hope I'm prepared for it.
