Tell me this - why are there 100 people cheering the killing of a young girl, and 0 people cheering the killing at VT? Why are the cops standing by idly in Iraq, whilst US cops would have tried to stop the VT murders? 100 outcasts? Pretty hard to swallow. They have 3 'honor' killings every day for the last 10 years, and it's almost always a community event. If you want to put the blaim on religion, race, education, government, political - it doesn't matter. Something is very wrong there - those murders are systematic and get accepted by too many

Yeah, the USA has its faults. So does the rest of the world. We agree on that. I can't argue that one race, ethnic group, religion, political system, or any other socio/economic way of life or belief system is better than any other. It's just weird that western civilization has dominated the globe for the past 2000 years and continues to be the world's leader in technological innovation, social tolerance, economic prosperity, political representation, personal freedom/individual rights, and military might. I'm not saying that western civilization (especially the USA, which pretty much epitomizes western values) is the best way to be civilized, but I don't think my opinion matters that much.

Everyone knows why the Islamo-extremists hate the USA... It's because our way of life is better than theirs. They can't beat us and they refuse to join us, so they kill themselves just to try and prove a point. It's sad really, to think of how humilliating it must be to be so insecure with your self and so uneducated that you cannot fathom the possibility that life outside of a cave in the middle of no where could be better.... Well first of all that is incorrect translation, and lots of people use it incorrectly read this:

O you who believe! Do not take Jews and Christians as your patrons. They are patrons of their own people. He among you who will turn to them for patronage is one of them. Verily Allah guides not a people unjust.] (Al-Ma'dah 5: 51)

It is obvious that Jews patronize the Jews and Christians patronize the Christians, so why not Muslims patronize Muslims and support their own people. This verse is not telling Muslims to be against Jews or Christians, but it is telling Muslims that Muslims should take care of their own people and they must support each other.


In another place in the Qur'an, Allah Almighty says:

Allah forbids you not with regard to those who fight you not for your faith, nor drive you out of your homes, from dealing kindly and justly with them. For Allah loves those who are just. Allah only forbids you with regard to those who fight you for your faith, and drive you out of your homes and support others in driving you out, from turning to them for protection (or taking them as wali). Those who seek their protection they are indeed wrong- doers. (Al-Mumtahinah 60: 8-9)


So stop taking stuff out of contest.......That is stupid....Look out of box, go travel, meet other people, learn about them.....that way you will learn reality and not what you see in your local newspapper....Actually if you watched TV, you could have seen president Bush in Albania (muslim country), where he was greeted better than in any other western country....

Of course it is false....Long time ago, Muslims used to be peacefull, much more than Christians....If you look into history and read about Crusades you will learn that the ones who used to do most evil, were Christians....We have a different situation in the last 60-70 years, but that does not mean that all Muslim, always supported terrorists....
