Is ephedra still available?

ok, its been a while. I used to buy this stuff to help control my weight and it worked wonders. It was the stuff you could get at the convenience stores / gas stations. after reading and some research, i guess it was the ephedra sinica brand with added caffine, similar to an ECA stack. It was available in a small white pill bottle and the tablets were quite small as well. i dont remember the exact name of it, but they were in every gas station you went in.

now i do know it was banned, reversed, then banned again a year or two ago. bottom line is, it was a miracle cure on helping me drop weight.

can it be obtained via prescription or anything now? is it legal in canada or anywhere? is there anything any better out there?

now i have saw ephedrine, but i thought that wasnt exactly the same thing. i could be wrong, but from reading, i thought it was an extract or an active ingredient in ephedra, but not the exact same thing. something about from the leaf but not the stem?

anyway, i tried it in several different dosages (100mg being the highest) and absolutely nothing at all. even mixed it with caffine, and nothing.

the ephedra would raise my body temp, i would sweat just a little, the nervousness and all that kinda stuff, but i would drop weight like nothing.

i thought if it was available by prescription or anything, i could just go to the dr. office and see about getting it.....

any ideas here? is it the exact same thing?

ya ephedra is still available. search for stimerex-es. ephedrine is the active component in ephedra.

From what I understand you can still buy 24mg on the net and some surviving independent supplement stores. The FDA regulates it to 24 mg for some strange reason, it's illegal to get it in 25+ mg tablets. Err.... Can't you just take two?

thanks. the ephedrine HCL is the same stuff i have been trying and it does nothing so far. so is the ephedra sinicia available anywhere at all? anyone seen it recently?

I tried the HCL stuff and it did nothing for me either...nothing like the old days ephedra.

You can buy it at most gas stations. Its against the law to sell it as a sport supliment but they are allowed to sell it as a bronchodilator and expectorant . Still works great for me.

I was actually going to ask the same question since clen doesn't seem to be doing anything for me lately. I'm still sweating but not noticing any loses. I want some good old original Stacker 2 so I can sit here and shake and not be able to type! I had a link a while ago to the original formula in a generic form but deleted it like an idiot!
Is this still legal or not, or just a watered down version of the original?

i know. the HCL stuff around here is doing absolutely nothing at all. I havent taken it in years either, i have been out of the loop, and now just getting back into things and need to drop about 30 lbs, and i could take it off like nothing with the old ephedra.

lol on the sitting here, shaking, not being able to type!!! i remember that sooo well. i could do that, get a cup of coffee, and damn, i would vibrate!!!!

i guess im going to try a few different brands and see. how many mg of the stuff do you guys who take it usually take?

Let me start the list of crap that I have tried... most I got out of these are headaches, a little more sweat and nausea--non of which I ever got from the old ephedra-except the sweating part.

Ripped Fuel (Definition)
Ripped Fuel 5X

Vaspro ephedrine hcl
Stacker (not sure which one)

and I have mixed and matched just to see if that would gove me some effect...which does work for like 3 days and then nothing again.

The ripped fuel 5X makes me sweat pretty bad in the gym but then again what doesn't. I can't take Hydroxycut, it makes me more violent then tren for some reason. I just miss the old feeling of the good old stuff, even the old Ripped Fuel before they reformulated was really good.

ok, i wiki'ed the benzedrine. it looks like thats not going to be easy to come by!!! lol. what is its primary legetimate medical purpose? didnt really see anything on the wiki other than its pretty obsolete and unused now???
