Is HGH worth it?

Right well if it is in there it must be to have some effect yes? Otherwise, why is it there?
Mannitol is commonly used as a bulking agent or filler in HGH formulations. It is added to HGH to increase the volume of the final product, which makes it easier to handle during manufacturing, packaging, and administration. It also has a low hygroscopicity - this helps to preserve the stability and potency of the HGH.

would be cool to see generics additives to compare out of curiosity. to be fair most of additives have diuretic properties, obv not enough on there own to do much but who knows maybe when combined additive effect. Although most folks in the game think its an "unknown" perhaps several combos, left overs in generics with a little LPS, enzymes etc adding to sides, or perhaps some other slight variances undetectable atm. obv have no way to know, however still for interest sake would be cool to see all additives and ID impurities in both.

I also like pharma more but cant figure out the difference might be just placebo .
Chinese manufacturers may produce different formulations of HGH, which may have varying ingredients and manufacturing processes. These differences could potentially impact the pharmacokinetics of the drug, including absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion.

In the pharmaceutical industry, drug formulations are often protected by patent laws and trade secrets, making it difficult to compare the composition of different products. As a result, it may be impossible to compare Chinese HGH with other FDA or EMA approved product formulations of HGH.

Moreover, the safety and efficacy of any medication, including HGH, must be established through rigorous clinical studies. Without such studies, it is difficult to know whether a medication is safe and effective, and what its potential risks and benefits are. Of course, non of the Chinese UG products has conducted anything like this.

In summary, the lack of transparency surrounding the ingredients and manufacturing process of Chinese HGH, as well as the absence of randomized clinical studies, make it challenging to compare this formulation of HGH with others and determine its safety and efficacy. Other than anecdotal evidence based on bro science, even with “purity tests”, nobody can tell you why Chinese HGH seems to have a different impact on people compared with real Pharma HGH.

I just use what works now and don't stress about it.
I feel a difference between generics also .
For me is the sleep quality i get others have noticed a difference in water retention .
Problem with pharma is the fakes and the high price of product bought from local pharmacy .

Does jano or lab4tox or any other lab analyse what's in the generics other than the purity of somatropin? Would be great to see whats in there . And it would be great for a quality ugl to use a formula like genotropin let's say to create and almost identical product.

Individuals who possess a greater tolerance for risk may choose to use Chinese HGH, which has undergone “purity testing”. However, it is important to note that even if this substance elevates one's igf-1 levels, there is a lack of studies and evidence regarding its potential side effects, long term effects or other impacts on the body. Therefore, the risks and benefits of using Chinese HGH remain uncertain and should be carefully considered before making a decision. For me the potential financial benefits of using Chinese HGH are not worth the potential risks and uncertainties associated with this substance

Yes that would be cool.

Not only that but one batch might be good but the next might have some life threatening stuff in it.
The probability is low as people have used them for many years now .
But i understand what you are saying quality is always better with trusted pharma products .

I mean sure if I was rich and shit I'd only use pharma, but the risks with generics is an accepted one for me. Life is one big risk right?

You can speculate on anything and dumb this down to "chinese HGH" (you eventually add UG which is fortunate as no other pharma HGH has surpassed chinese Jintropin in terms of purity) vs "pharma HGH" as if the pharmacopeia standards based on medicinal dosages that are a fraction of what bodybuilders tend to use are in any way useful or sufficient for our community. Each pharmaceutical HGH product must be considered and tested separately according to standards practical for our community.

Considering you have absolutely no idea if these qualitative differences that may exist between HGH products actually do exist, you argue as if that's a foregone conclusion. You don't get to skip proof of existence, that's where you'll be stuck like everybody else, speculating blindly.

You can acquire all the information you desire about chinese generics by contacting manufacturers/wholesellers and verify all that via labtesting if you believe their HGH to be haunted by chinese ghosts. Excipient profiles are just copies of pharma HGH - there's no point or advantage in using something different. You can buy HGH raws without any excipients as well.

For anyone unaware, Janoshik already shut you down previously:

Very good post bro I've said something similar in the past about the patents and the formulations. But you've just wasted your time most people here think they're the same

He didn’t shut me down, I stopped discussing as he has never worked in the Pharma industry and only understands the chemical side of it. It’s as useless as discussing the pros and cons of a product with somebody who’s clearly biased because he sells it. And you should clearly stay away from these types of discussion, as you’re completely clueless.

Well, then please do support your claims with hard and concise evidence.

Thank you

Pharmacokinetics is a critical aspect of drug development and evaluation, including for HGH. You are not testing Pharmacokinetics but purity of the substance.

It is widely recognized in the pharmaceutical industry that understanding the pharmacokinetic profile of a drug is crucial for optimizing dosing regimens, predicting drug interactions, minimizing side effects, and ensuring patient safety. This is why pharmaceutical companies typically conduct pharmacokinetic studies during drug development to assess the behavior of the drug in vivo.

Moreover, it is important to note that relying solely on "purity control" is not sufficient to fully evaluate the safety and efficacy of a drug. While purity control is necessary, additional studies, such as pharmacokinetic studies, are typically required to support regulatory approval and ensure patient safety and understanding of the safety profile, potential side effects as well as long term safety.

Pharmaceutical companies conduct these studies themselves, often with oversight from regulatory bodies, to eliminate bias and ensure the scientific rigor of the study. There is no evidence that Chinese UGs follow the same level of rigorous scientific standards. I am unsure why you even debate this with me.

Well, then you surely do have some evidence that the pharmacokinetics are different and an issue, such as IGF or blood GH level readings that are unexpected and not in line with the HPLC tests, right?
