Is it risky to have international sourced Semiglutide shipped to my house?

So is Kurt full of shit or just uniformed. I just read through the DOJ notice, not the one you provided cuz I can't download it on my current device, and it says possession with intent to distribute is punishable by 5 years. Nothing about personal possession at all.

Buying Semaglutide, the original question, is legal, point blank. It's not "little legal risk", it's no risk.

HGH is explicitly illegal to distribute under the federal anabolic steroid control act. It's the only non-scheduled drug criminalized under federal law.

In the few states where it's illegal to possess an unscheduled prescription drug without a prescription, HGH in pharma form, like a Somatropin pen, would be illegal to possess, theoretically,

This was just released by the FDA. Notice they distinguish companies distributing the weight loss peptides with "dosing" instructions. This changes it from distributing a legal chemical, to illegally selling an unapproved drug for human consumption.

Peptide Sciences has been operating for a decade, openly, as a legit, credit card accepting business in the US. They warn, ask for advice on using their peptides on a human, and you'll be banned, instantly, for life.

In the words of my father, I don't care what the neighbors say about you, you're alright!

If your nervous, this really is the answer. But I really think they original poster said they had a number for them. That is ideal as well.

It's not illegal to buy and possess any non-controlled chemical in the US. There's no risk, since it's not illegal.

As long as it's not packaged as a drug, like the fake pharma pens coming from China.

Don't distribute to anyone though. It is a crime to sell, give, or administer a prescription drug for human use. (with a few exceptions).

You can buy Sema all day long from chemical suppliers without any special requirements.

Even the "proper" pharma acetate version, not the salt that China suppliers sell.

Thanks Ghoul. I actually have been prescribed Zepbound, I am just waiting to see if my insurance covers it. Speaking of which, I am probably going to get Tirzepatide and not Semi.

I will order Tirza from Iron Lion. I have been using them for 8 years and stay with them because they always take good care of me (reship damaged or lost orders, match prices etc.). I also get excellent labs from their orange tops.

Do you think there might be a problem with their Tirza?

I do home-brew so technically would be considered a manufacturer by overzealous LE. That is why I am risk averse and taking the advice to ship to my receiver.

I have no love for the source, but I'd be a liar if I didn't acknowledge no supplier seems to have closer relationships with the peptide producing labs, relentlessly tests, and seeks to constantly push for quality improvements than QSC. Coupled with dirt cheap prices. and high turnover that means *fresh* product. I'd only buy peptides from them.

Tirz is the way to go. It's "gentler", and more importantly, the GIP hormone reverses the non-alcoholic fatty liver disease 60% of adults have undiagnosed. I used UGL Tirz to build up a "buffer" of Zepbound pens because of constant interruptions in availability. The last thing you want to do is have your treatment interrupted. One QSC 30mg kit will allow you to build up 6+ months of pens before you start using them. Then, when they can't refill your prescription for 6 weeks, you'll have plenty to keep going without an interruption, which in my opinion. can have harmful long term consequences.

I know that QSC is popular on this forum. I almost bought from them but they had a bit coin transfer requirement (I am old and barely tech savvy....just started using crypto currency) that I was not familiar with and I did not want to lose a large chunk of change.

I asked Iron Lion if they could price match on 50 grams of Primo raws and they did. They also replaced SUS that was heat damaged and have always been good to me so I still buy from them. 6 years ago I made a run at a pro card on their raws and have been using them for more than 8.

So I stick with them. Just got good labs (for about the 10th time) on their orange tops.

So again my question to you is, is there any reason for me to doubt the quality of their Tirzepatide? I am still waiting on my insurance to OK payment on Zepbound. They did OK Zep payment for my wife.

Are you asking about Iron Lion?
How would Ghoul know, if he has not bought from them?
Also doesn't their tirz come with a lab test report, like qsc?
What exactly is the doubt?

Yeah. They haven't tested ANY peptide for a year! They should be testing every single batch, I don't see any test on their Tirz AT ALL! All credibility around peptide quality is non-existing in such a circumstance.

By comparison the last kit of Tirz from QSC was freshly produced and tested a month ago! Peptides degrade quickly. Iron Lion is buying some Chinese peptides and repackaging them, like everyone else. They're certainly not producing them.

But there's another reason to steer clear, their extortionate prices. Eli Lily is now offering vials of Zepbound for "cash payers" at a deep discount. Presumably you're only a month or less away from insurance approval. One month will cost $399 direct from Eli, for the real thing.

I don't have much to do with peptides. Just good old steroids and GH. I won shows back in the 1990's (made a run at a masters pro card 6 years ago). The guys in the 90s didn't use peptides and were far superior bodybuilders than what we see today, so I never saw the value.

But your are saying the iron lion Tirz has not beed tested, yes? Hopefully my insurance will com through on my domestic Zepbound.

Peptides are more "general use" than bodybuilder specific these days.

Testing is an absolute must. These are extremely complex to manufacture, have a relatively short shelf life, and nothing like making steroids.

The further you get from the Chinese labs that actually make them, the worse the quality and pricing becomes.
