Is this a low IGF-1 reading?

Ive been taking 5iu in the AM of Goodlyfe HGH for the last few months and decided to test IGF-1 so the morning of my test I did a whole vial injection on empty stomach and went to do the blood work fasted obviously.

Got the results back and IGF-1 was only 509 ng which seems kinda low since the morning of I did a whole vial. I was expecting around 800.

Thoughts?

IGF is built up from rHGH injections over weeks prior to the draw date.

I believe atleast 2 weeks.

You are thinking of GH serum is reflected same day.

Correct. The increase to IGF-I peaks at week 6, and begins to diminish between months 4 - 5, demonstrated by a decrement (-Δ) in IGF-I of 11.82% & by month 9, -42.73% at a constant rhGH dose.

GH serum is a shit measure, though, that should never be relied on for verifying product authenticity even as a binary test because it is similarly increased by GH secretagogues (e.g., Ghrelin mimetics, GHRH analogues).

Whats the right way to measure IGF-1 to get an idea of how good the HGH are using is in terms of quality HGH ?

I personally feel like there is almost no point. IGF response can differ on bulking or cutting.

If I am cutting, I may run 5-7u. Bulking maybe 3-4

Following your write, how much time we need to break between run of hgh to restore the sensitivy of our igf-1 after constant hgh dose ?

Like 6 month ON / 1 month OFF or more ?

Sorry brother but you'll have to look forward to my book, Bolus' practical section that describes this in detail. Can't divulge too much. The website & bookstore is coming along, it'll be there soon.

HP/LC or GC/MS methods are what are used to verify rhGH quality (e.g., Jano).

IGF-I (serum, blood) measurement is used to assess your GH response, and if you have an accurate base-line, you can determine dose/response as reflected by ΔIGF-I.

As someone just starting their first run of rhGH using your protocols and loving it and the results thus far I simply can’t wait for your book.

Will your book lay out the safest possible protocols? Also, will you lay out a good titration schedule? I decided on following genotropin’s package insert suggested dose (0.04mg/kg/week) and move up at .1iu a week to mitigate sides.

The book will equip the reader to do his or her own risk/reward (tradeoff) assessments, and give examples of different protocols oriented towards the objective of rhGH use (e.g., fat loss, muscle gain, recovery from intensive exercise, "anti-aging," etc.).

Titration is pretty individual, tbh, I don't think I should address it in the manner that you propose. This is because after a user has titrated up based on tolerability, that same user can stop taking rhGH for considerable time (months to years) and resume at that maximally tolerable dose more often than not without substantial side effects.

Cannot wait for the book. Very interesting about the titration schedule. I assumed I would have to ramp up again after pausing use.

I have lots of questions. When is it released?
