Is This Proper Dosing?

Is that so hard to inject one day yes one day no 1ml? Set a reminder on your phone...

If this is a problem for you, i don't know how you will solve high BP, gyno, High/low E2....
I want somewhat stable blood levels not a huge spike and a dip from one injection a week.
 
Um I think i have a somewhat decent understanding of what I'm doing that's why i'm calculating and discussing this here. Unlike you and others on meso who say "just pin mon,wed,fri" and call it EOD beacause "it's good enough" and "you're overcomplicating it" while that is definitely not a true EOD protocol. I think you're upset because I lost you with the 3rd grade math I used to make my argument. Sorry.
Do you really think 300 vs 306.25 makes any bit of a difference? It's still 50% higher than any trt clinic would prescribe. It's still half the dose you'd need to make any kind of fitness gains. It's still not the true dose from UGL gear. It's still going to be adjusted based on how you feel, side effects, goals, and lab results... as well as differences from batch to batch in gear.

Please hold off on this. You don't know what you're doing. You're just going to hurt yourself.

You can definitely make good progress even on 300mg/week.

No, I do not think so and never said that. You gotta be the most unhelpful person on here. Also, for someone who says "You'll get a few week into 250mg with no problems and almost zero gains other than bloat, so you'll bump it to 500," either you're the one who doesn't know what they're doing or you train like an absolute pussy if you don't see any results with anything under 500mg.

Actually there's such a thing as overtraining. Took me a long time to learn that. It's a lot less likely when you're on cycle but 300mg test isn't really a cycle either.
 
Oh trust me I've done 300/week while cruising. I got maybe 1 lb a month, probably fat. It's just not a dose you can make any kind of noticeable gains on.
Smth might be off then, maybe diet maybe not applying proper progressive overload idk but on 300mg you can gain substantial amounts of tissue, ofc depending on how big you already are. Whats ur stats? :)
 
Running: Test E (250mg/ml) pinning eod.

Since pinning eod some weeks are 4 pins a week, others are 3 pins a week. So would this be correct:

[MON,WED,FRI,SUN]:
(300mg = 1.2ml/week) / 4 days = 0.30 ml

[TUE,THUR,SAT]:
(300mg = 1.2ml/weeK) / 3 days = 0.40 ml

So basically, if it is a 4x pin week (mon,wed,fri,sun) then the dosage would be 0.30ml each pin,
and the next week would be a 3x pin week (tue,thu,sat) so the dosage would be 0.40ml each pin.

Please let me know if this is the proper way to dose eod injections, and I know it's probably a stupid question but I'm new and trying to learn and want to be safe.

The only test I pin EOD is the propionate, and I literally pin it EOD. I set a reminder on my phone to remind me on every 2 days at 9AM.

All other esters I pin twice a week and to be more exact:
Thursday at 9AM
Sunday at 9PM

That's exactly 84 hours between them (3.5 days). I don't know if it's necessary, it's just fun for me. I was very worried if it's too much pinning, but believe me, 72 hours is a long time and you'll actually be eager to pin the next one. Just set reminder on your phone, it's very easy.

The more often you pin the more stable your bloods will be which is why i'd like to pin more than once or twice a week.
 
Like I said, that's not gonna be the true dose with underground lab gear that's usually overdosed and you're going to adjust based on goals, sides, how you feel and lab work. Please don't self medicate. You don't understand even the basics of what you're doing and you're only going to hurt yourself. Doctors exist for a reason.

How much have you gained on 300? I'm 210 and about 12% bodyfat and would like to get to 220 but honestly I could tell you anything on here. It's up to you to learn it on your own.

Is there anyone here who has done a 2-3 month "cycle" on 300mg test per week and gained more than 2-3lbs of pure lean muscle and not fat?

I asked once and my question has been answered. And no, 300mg does not put you in the normal range of what men can naturally produce. I'm not sure you understand what TRT is.
 
140mg of test puts me at 900 tt bro.
And, it's a little simplistic, but lets say double that (300mg) puts you at 1800. It probably won't even be that much but many/most of the reference ranges have 1200 as the upper normal limit. 1800 is pretty darn close 1200.
