Last 6 months I've been training them 2x week (quad focus day + hams focus day) and I think I made the biggest progress with this split.
I will keep doing this and they will grow I believe. I cannot wait for this off season because if I do everything correctly traning and food wise then I think I can grow very very insanely.

I just want to say this as well, as not to downplay your legs (they still look shredded and aren't undersized that badly) -- from the pics you posted, I'm not sure how you didn't win.

What did your diet look like over the last couple of weeks leading into the show? How many carbs and how much protein? And how much cardio were you doing leading up to the show?
 
So I did 3 competitions in total in this prep.

My starting point was around 5500 kcal (750- 800 carbs) and relatively lean already so I had really good starting point honestly because my metabolism was on fire already.

For my first comp I went down to 3 450 cal (+- 278p, 459c, 53f) this was my lowest calories in whole prep. I was on this intake for around 4 last weeks before my first comp.

After first show my body was crazy and I was eating around 550-650 carbs daily to keep my bodyweight because it kept droping all the time. So cruising betweens shows I was doing around 4200-4500 calories daily but still I was extremely hungry that I couldn't even sleep how hungry I was so for me it is very very low intake.

Week before last show I was eating in average 700-800 carbs daily to keep muscles full since I was already fat free and there was no way I could gain any body fat at that point. On show day I was competing in last category so I went very very late around 6 Pm and I had to eat around 5000 - 5500 calories before the show to keep the muscles full but my water intake was minimal and I was really dehydrated. I stopped the water 24 hours before the stage. Days before I was drinking 6 liters a day and 10g salt a day.

Cardio was 0 whole prep but my training sessions take 2-2,5 hours and I train 5 days a week.
I was doing just steps - 13 000 daily and then 8 - 10k in the week before show to let the body rest.
 
Hello everyone. Post show recovery phase update.

So it is now 10 weeks after my last show. I tried my best to make it best possible start for my push phase. Living the bodybuilding lifestyle.

After my show I went off everything and stayed on 150mg test e + 100mg mast e/week + 4iu HGH.
My calories are around 4250 on TD and 3800 NTD. Training 4 days a week upper/lower split + 13k steps/day

This is last week of recovery phase. Bloodwork came back super nice and I am fully recovered and healthy.
Next week starting the push phase which is gonna be atleast 20-24 weeks long and I wanna pack on as much clean size as possible.

Right now I am 5-6kgs up from my stage weight after these 10 weeks.

Just raw photos no pump no filter no nothing this is my starting point for the push phase. On Monday I am starting slowly adding more anabolics.

Currently finished 4th week of gaining phase. I am putting some size on me already 4 kilos up. Trying to keep it lean but food is already high probably gonna need much more food for next 20 or even more weeks of pushing.
Right now 4 850 kcal (292p, 751c, 65f)

Absolutely phenomenal upper half.. Once the legs have a bit more mass this will be one of the more complete physique on here unreal mate

I am 176cm tall and 93kg in the morning fasted rn. I would like to push for 100 - 105kgs in the peak bulk I have whole year of bulking ahead of me before next prep.

5'7" @205 lbs, You sir are a Brickhouse, that is impressive to say the least , especially with your conditioning ,, Excellent work!

Thank you all for this positive feedback I appreciate it. Yea honestly my last 18 months are basicaly full bodybuilding mode like prep mode all the time.
I wake up same time, eat same time, train same time, go sleep same time, cheat meal 1x per week maximum, food all calculated.
So I guess it finally pays off. I am motivated and I wanna compete in 14 months in NPC classic physique which means I have around 11-12 months of growing since I am never getting much fat so I need only 10-12 weeks for diet phase to get fully shredded. I would like to come on stage around 91kg shredded which is my limit in my class.

Best of luck with the bold. I love the look it gives but it crushes my estrogen too. Even at a 2:1 ratio, my E2 ended up in the single digits. Once you get the ratio down it should be smooth sailing.

We should cut and paste this post for newbies who look like shit and come in here to ask advice on outrageously high doses and complicated stacks of steroids being contemplated. Share it with the newbie along with a photo of the writer's physique.

I like EQ, which makes me a weirdo here, but I have some advice. Keep track of your hematocrit. Hopefully it I not an issue for you or much a small one that simply donating double reds will keep it in check, but it never hurts to watch and be aware.

yee it seems like this is gonna be my case also. My estrogen actually got really crushed so I took 20 mg dbol for 3 days and now it feels better.
I am gonna have to lower EQ and go for bloodwork next week again.

Yea indeed. I mean postshow phase if it is done correctly you really do not need any anabolics just trt. The food itself is just super anabolic for the body. In the 10 weeks of postshow phase I did insane progress in all my lifts and I think I gained atleast 2kgs of real muscle. I mean I was super strict and I battled with the hunger all the 10 weeks but in the end I am happy I made it.

Also because I did not use any big anabolic doses and I recovered all my health markers so my bloodwork was perfect after these 10 weeks (even my cholester was in range) so now I can up the doses and now grow from increasing gear while my body is healthy.
If I was already running high mgs of anabolics right after the show maybe I would gain little bit more muscle but I would definitely made my gaining phase shorter because my heath markers wouldn't be great.

yea I am normaly donating blood 3 times a year. Also I am awayre of that and doing my bloodwork often.
