Is Veterinary-grade HUMAN Chorionic Gonadothropin the same as plain HCG?

Some dude bros at the gym were asking this
I believe veterinary HCG is the same as pharma HCG. Maybe the quality is a little bit lower but it's actually the same chemical substance.

Can anyone confirm or deny this?

Vets they prescribe the same HCG - human grade.

Found the Vet HCG back in the day in Canada that is... stung a little, but it was supposedly was due to the sterile water they used.
