I didn't use it for anything in particular, just curiosity. I noticed increased endurance while lifting and while researching/studying. I assume it would have a similar effect on cardio, as that is its purpose in race animals.

unnecessary IF the "experiences" of others were appropriately cited a being anecdotes rather than the equivalent of Bayesian statistical analyses as you have done TWICE!
 
Yep it's not a PEP (but rather a pyrole salt) and can be orally ingested but your anecdotal evidence proves what exactly?

You won the Olympics bc of it, I know better, bc available evidence suggests this compound may improve exercise tolerance in those with cardiac dysfunction.

Just another supplement awaiting those willing to pay for its minimal "benefits" at best.

If you actually read the human studies you would know that it is being administered orally in human studies. Please do not comment on things you know nothing about or have no researched. Even a cursory glance at the human studies would have shown you you are wrong.
 
It won't do squat based on the mice studies I just reviewed the dose they used STARTED at ONE GRAM/KG and reached a "plateau" at 2-3 gms/Kg

Do you have a citation demonstrating when it is appropriate to have an emotional reaction?!

How much of it per week where you taking?
 
I experimented with 50mg to 200mg a day. 150mg worked best for me. If I took it at night it gave me too much energy to sleep so I kept it to the morning.
