It's been a long time .... need some help

I'm 51 years old and have been lifting hard for 30 some years recently i've gone through 3 surgeries in the last to years.I had my left shoulder rotator cuff fixed , then they put a semi-shoulder replacement in my right shoulder and then finally they had to remove my bicep tendon for my right shoulder and place it on my humorous (sp) bone because it was rubbing on the metal . So here i'am been lifting for 3 days now after missing 2 years .I lost over 30lbs of muscle and gained fat.

So as you can imagine I'm ready to chew through the frickin barbell. I want to start out on a mass cycle. would really like to do all cutters at my age but dry out bad and fast . Her's my question is there combinations I can take that would not dry me out , a mixture of mass and cutters ? I can"t take deca because of deca dick . Thank a lot

Steriods for you, are not the answer.
 
|Well first off, youre far better off doing as much as you can natuirally first before hitting the steroids.
Not sure what you're asking exactly. You want a recomp cycle? Youre far better off cutting only and not worrying about trying to put on muscle. Get lean and healthy and then do a nice slow lean bulk. Once again, if you've been away for years, youll make pretty quick progress without drugs.

In terms of a cycle, you should avoid nandrolones, avoid long cycles, avoid anything harsh for your first few cycles back, erspecially coming back from an injury, you don't want to be gaining strength super fast tbh. I'd say test plus an oral will moooooooore than enough. But honestly, try and hold off as long as you can. Its not a good thing to cmoe back to lifting after a lay off and hit the roids. its really not.

Slow recovery is the way to go for tendon injuries... The last damn thing you need is to put on huge pulsing contractile tissue to yank away at those repairs.
 
I can't do cutters they dry me out right away. If i do a test , eq or deca and add turnibol will my joints dry out ? I guess that is my question , does anyone know a good cycle that won't put on a lot of water weight but also will not dry me out ? my joints ache after a couple of weeks on a cutter

His first cycle back and you're going to recommend one of the hardest steroids to recover from, aswell as something he doesn't need.
He needs work ethic, not deca. In a years time after sufficient progress has been made, try test + tbol. To jump straight to deca after coming off an injury is just stupid. This whole thread is stupid. Goodbye stupid thread.

I trained natty for over 20 years . I got as far as I could natty and was stuck at the same place for years . I got up to 210 at 5'7". I did my first test at age 36 . Before my injuries I was 257 .

If I were you I'd take Test and stay on the Test. As for your next cycle I'd use NPP and if you've got the money a small dose of HGH too as it'll help with your joints seeing as you've been through all that shit with your rotator cuff.

Good for you. Guess what? You've had three surgeries and been off for two years. You are going to increase your chances of reinjury until you build up a base again. Sounds like you only want to hear what you like.

Yeah, I just stop lifting altogether for the five months between cycles...

Anyway, back on topic: don't take anything OP. You drastically increase your chance of re-injury if you cycle before you've built yourself back up. Especially at >50.

Artificial strength and preexisting injuries is a recipe for disaster.
