Can you test a sample of an oil that has crashed? If I heat it up it’ll go into solution but when it cool it crashes again.

Yea, no problem. Just optionally warn me it crashes and preferably don't use an amber vial.

Can you do anything to speed up the parcels hold by customs in your country ?
like can you manage to pick up all the hold parcels of the interim warehouse by yourself ? Or pay extra to speed it up ?

Everything that I can do to speed it up I already am doing.

I mean, I can buy some paracetamol at a pharmacy and have 10 of those tested for variance.

Either somebody pays 120 USD for that, or donates 200 USD to some good charity ( eg. I really like Roland McDonalds house ).

Dont overwork yourself and take too much work on buddy, last thing we want is for you to get disillusioned with testing and stop doing it, I’d prefer you to reduce your workload and provide less testing than not at all.

Enough goofing around. To answer your question, he just isn't familiar with the lingo. Those two words are interchangeable so the wording on a Jano report doesn't make a difference.
