I apologize in advance if my advice is not appreciated, but I couldn't find any post in this thread pointing you towards Starting Strength. Instead, everyone has had you skip straight to Practical Programming. Before reading PP, I would've started there. My general feeling is just that although you have been lifting a while, you might really benefit from it. So much of the advice you've gotten is from that original book. And from how you've described your breathing, doing deads, and some of the workouts listed, I feel as though you would greatly benefit not just from the technical aspects of SS, but Rip's actual philosophies in the book. Besides, nobody decribes proper form like Rip. Simply adjusting your form to his recommendations will give you almost immediate strength gains. Sorry if I sound like a dick sucker, but since Rip is all over this thread already...

He's at the point where linear progression would work for so little time it wouldn't be worth it to begin the program. Although I agree the book itself is amazing for form and whatnot but the program itself is meant for novices and beginners and someone who can bench close to 3 plates along with his other lifts is not a beginner.

It is. My questions was just how much can I really use to convert to muscle and how much will be fat. Even on AAS.

Also I remember you trying to figure out what to do about acne. What did you decide? Right now my back and chest look like Im half lizard half man.
Low test. Ai. Antibacterial dish soap. Low test.

Youre good. All advice is appreciated. And Doc did actually recommend that in my reading program.

Yeah, I wasn't recommending the routine, just the book. For me the value of it is hard to overestimate.

Look at that...305 on deads today :)

No workout today.

Tomorrow I think I'll go in and get a good 1RM for all my lifts. Then actually get started on Monday.

Woke up in the middle of the night and my inner thighs locked up. Thats a new one. Pretty painful. So I got some pedialyte and some pottasium pills, hopefully it helps.

I've mentioned how I dont have a car where Im at. So yesterday I ended up walking 10 miles. Im sure that didnt help my legs, but it gave me an excuse to take in a lot more calories. Had some sweet and spicy chicken and shrimp...really good! Also I mentioned awhile back how I brought some gear with me for my upcoming blast. But I didnt fly overseas with needles. I didnt realize how that every company I ordered from was domestic only. I had to look around for awhile to find somewhere that would send them to me.

Yeah I would consider 23,751 steps "Highly Active" as well. You maxed it out!! It takes you 2,423 steps to cover 1 mile on average...I like #'s. That's some cool ass shit right there. You do that 7 days per week???

Thats a little more than usual. Usually on weekdays im at about 8 miles or 20000 steps. Weekends Ill get about 3 miles. Im surprised im actually gaining weight. I havent walked this much since I was a teenager.
