Well, it arrived today. Took 200mg today and am planning on 200 tomorrow and Sunday too. Then I am going to bump it to 400mg/day for around 10-14 days. I will post daily as long as people are interested so let me know if you wanna hear it.

Woke up and still have hives on my stomach and chest. I still have my sinus congestion and a very mild fevery feeling. Just took 200mg. Have to pick up some benedryl on the way to work.

hi mate hows it going. for your hives go and pick up a corticosteroid cream like hydrocortisone. you might benefit from using a non sedating antihistamine like fexofenadine at 180mg a day during the day, and a sedating antihistamine like promethazine at 50mg a day at night.

if you notice any other swellings particularly in the mouth/throat/thickness of tongue, discontinue DNP and go to a doctor immediately

Well bros,
spent the last 2 days at 200mg and the hives are gone. The fevery feeling is lingering a little bit but not nearly as bad as before. I can feel my enrgery back up though not to the same levels as before I started. I have a full blown head cold now so I am gonaa stop the DNP today. I have lost 3 more pounds for a total of around 11 pounds. I will weigh myself again in a few days to see the final results.

don't worry about what the scale says because it take s about a week after you stop using DNP to truly see the results, you should be amazed, especially if you ar ealready down 11 lbs. shit I'm jealous
