Ok ok. That was a joke.

First off, here's my last log if anyone wants to catch up:

Jay Max Log (Switching from BB to PL and a place to BS)

Ive been debating doing this as logs take up time and energy I dont have, so here it is.

This log will cover my training from now until my first powerlifting meet in mid May.

Current PRs
Bench 375
Squat 425
DL 435

I havent tested those in a few weeks as I was burning myself out always doing max weight.

Current weight: 243.5 (slowly making my way to 250)

Right now I am running a Westside Barbell-ish program. I made some tweaks. My usual weekly split is
Day 1
Back Squat
BBR
DL variation
Leg Accessories

Day 2
Flat Bench
Incline
Dips
Tri Accessories

Day 3
DL
Squat Variation
Back Accessories

Day 4
OHP
Flat Bench or Close Hand Bench
Shoulder Accessories

Day 5
Front Squat

Sometimes Day 5 gets left out. Currently on week 16 of this program.

Cycle Breakdown:
March 15 started mon/fri
Test E 600mg/wk
EQ 500mg/wk (frontloaded 1g 1st week)

April 1
Sdrol 12.5mg daily

And tomorrow I will start Tren E at 400mg wk

Just FYI. Training and updates might be a little sporadic. Like Ive stated in another thread, I may have gotten in over my head signing up for this meet. I just moved across the world 2 days ago. My car wont be here until Tuesday, and im still looking for a house...all while trying to train and keep my nutrition up. But Im gonna give it my all.
 
So first off, I already stated I have no car for a few days. So I had to walk to the gym. A guy told me it was about 5 minutes away. I started walking, and walked, and walked...like lord of the rings. Come to find out it was 4 miles away. That might not seem bad until you realize you gotta walk back too. By the time I got there I didnt want to train anymore. Plus the gym was closing in an hour...

But I went to go do some squats. Right before I made it to the power rack this short girl ran up first. I was upset, then I looked at her booty, then I was not upset. God Bless squats!

Seeing as the gym was closing and there was no power rack, I switched my whole days focus.

2 things:

1. I know Ive asked this before, but is there any worth in frontloading Tren? I need it to kick in ASAP and Ive noticed people frontload EQ but not other AAS.

2. Went to the grocery store today. Havent been in a real grocery store in almost a year. I almost had an orgasm. So many choices...hitting 250 is not going to be hard (and thats without getting too dirty)

Should of gone with ace if your worried about front loading.

Yea. Ive definetely against the tren, mostly because of sleep sides. But I decided the strength gains were worth it. I was going to go with ace, but really didnt want to pin ed and was getting conflicting accounts on ed vs eod.
But youre right, no frontloading here. I added the sdrol (which I hate) to make up for adding tren late. So hopefully by the time I drop the sdrol (at end of april) the tren will be in effect.
 
I hear you on the frequent pin schedule. Life gets crazy you miss a few then your schedule is all off. I know. Been there. but ace is great other than that. Imo no difference between ED&EOD schedule. I've done both Just make it to 8 weeks and you'll feel like you accomplished some thing (Ace)
 
Pinned my first Tren today. After all Ive read I was scared of hitting a vein, but it was all good...this time.

Found out there was a bus that went near the gym, so I didnt have to to walk. But I took a nap, overslept, and missed it. So the four mile walk happened again. :( Showed up an hour before the gym closed, so I was rushing.

When I got to the gym planned on doing day 1 workout, but the damn power racks were taken again. So I did Day 3. Im going to have to find a better gym when my car gets here next week. Anyways, here it goes:

1st time using Kg weights. Had to do math. That was more of a workout for this meathead.

Overall a decent session for what it was. I walked a mile home, said fuck this, called a cab.

205x3 is some pretty heavy overhead pressing. Nice.

A few questions and recommendations:

What's your plan looking like leading up to this meet? Are you going to run a short peaking cycle or just lift like normal and deload a week before?

Start practicing your commands, too. Even if just in your head. Bench seems to be the toughest in following from what I've seen. Get some vids from the side on squat for depth as well. Gotta be prepared.

Might have to check out Arrow. I watch The 100 and Supernatural, I see those other shows advertised.
