Little backstory:

I'm 6'3" and was always rather thin. I was usually around 170-190. My focus from around 17-28 years old was MMA. I really gave it up for my family, 2 daughter and a wife. I also started a business. I filled the void with the gym.

Fast forward to 30. I decided I wanted to get big. I hit the calories hard as fuck and went on 500mg test. I bulked to about 260. I cut down to around 230 by myself.

I actually took this picture while I was at work to send to my current coach @Palifter.

We have now been working together for 26 weeks.

Straight off the bat we obviously started with a fat loss phase.
Cycle:
500test
500mast
3iu GH - eventually went to 5iu
Added later on:
50mg tren a eod
50mg winny daily
Clen& t3

End of the fat loss phase:

We are now 9 weeks into the growth phase

Cycle:
750 test
500eq
3iu gh- dropped from 5iu to manage bg
4iu humalog with pre meal

Plans being to hopefully make it on stage eventually. But, we have a lot of work to do

Is there a genuine correlation? Lmao
IIRC the 4D:2D ratio for fingers is a better correlation with athletic ability than toes. Can't remember.

Pretty cool. Maybe better than horoscope?

Interesting, my ring finger is distinguishably longer than my index. My natty test lvl was like 750 before I started gear.

I got my wife being weird while I inspect her fingers now lol
