It's 100% genetic. I have an aortic root dilation that could lead to it rupturing. My father had the same exact thing. Like him I found it by accident. It's not big enough to be of concern yet. My dad didn't find his until in his very late 60s when it was in danger of busting. A stint fixed it and was never an issue again. But was likely aggravated by high BP for years.You can't be one sided with everything. Aneurysm was weakening of the blood vessels.
There are also plenty of people on gear who got the vaccine and are fine.
Didn't his grandma die from an aneurysm? Even then, you hear more about clots and heart issues than from the vaccine.
Point being if you don't find these things and they bust you're 99.999% a dead man.
