Seems like a really nice guy from watching his videos, and he’s had troubles in the past with his bowel I read. Hope he has a full recovery!

Heres hoping he recovers quickly.

The problem is it's very difficult to predict what the body will do, if it was a clotting problem it can happen to anyone on gear and ancillaries. I've fucked up my own blood work, I'm technically a ticking timebomb myself as I'm Johns age and shit doesn't work like it used to. I've done the gasping for air, the heart beating out of my chest, I know I'm working the heart harder than it should. We're all playing with fire when we do this stuff, you guys not over 40-45 have a much better chance of not having anything bad happen. Death is right around the corner when you're 50+ and you do this stuff.

If I remember correctly, John has mentioned that heart problems run in the family. He seems like a nice guy, hopefully he makes a full recovery and is able to spend many more years with his young sons and wife.

Both his parents suffered heart attacks in their 30s! Yes he was genetically prone to this. My personal opinion is his healthy eating and lifestyle will help him recover faster and probably even helped him go this long without trouble.
Can we honestly talk about a healthy lifestyle ?

As I am well aware, there are many people here in this forum that admire John for various reasons, as do I, and I just wanted to inform that he seems to have suffered a heart attack, and apparently now he’s “fine”.
I have left John a message of support, and I do hope that he recovers fast and is healthy again...
There aren’t many people around in this world like him, and we should be thankful we didn’t lose him.

I still for the most part believe it is a lot healthier than most of the fat population eating garbage and not exercising at all.
