Just Got A Call From Courier Company

I just got a message from the courier company that Kexing used to ship my kits.
On the message she said that the package had not cleared Customs as they need a better description of the products before releasing the package. I've emailed Kexing to see what they put on the waybill, and await they're response.
Once I hear back from them, should I call the courier company with the info Kexing gives me?? Advice please.

I just emailed Kexing back to tell them to call the courier. We'll see what happens. They way they operate I won't hear back from them for probably a week. :mad:
 
Definitely have the shippers (Kexing) deal with all communications with the courier company. Your communicating with the courier is like acknowledging the fact that you have knowledge of this order.

It is good advice. I am actually quite civilized for an ex marine. LOL
