Just got Oxandrin

I have a 60 day supply of Oxandrine 2.5mg 2x A DAY. what should I do to maximize weight gain during this time. should I take the 2X a day or stretch it out to one a day to get the full 60 days worth.
I plan on doing some cardio vascular and light weight training during this time. What can I expect and or what is recommended?
I currently weigh 170 and I'm 6'1"
 
To maximize weight gain you don't do some cardio and light weight training. Forget the pills, dude. All you need it to do HEAVY, intense and frequent weight training with some cardio.

take it from me, train like a powerlifter, the big 3. squat, deadlift, and bench. pick one day to focus on each, with supportt exercises following after. also incorporating olympic lift clean & jerk will be beneficial. sure, take the pills, and oh yeah EAT. i'd shoot for 4,500 cals per day of very clean foods- if you're lean already.
 
dude, you asked this question a couple weeks ago....same damn question. so i'm gonna give you the same answer cuz its still the right one. you wont get any results off of 2.5 or even 5mg of anavar per day if you're a guy. either get enough to do at least 20mg/day for 30 days, or sell what you have and buy some UG anavar or even some other juice that will be effective. dont waste 60 tabs of 2.5mg Oxandrin on yourself if you're a guy. you can get $2 a tab for that stuff easily from a female, then take your $120 and get something you can gain from.
