Yeah, and I won't even mention the bloat from hell and the amount of farts every hours.Bruh
Why don't you love yourself?Yeah, and I won't even mention the bloat from hell and the amount of farts every hours.
Yep I track every single days, currently eating in a surplus of 500 calories with 200-240g of proteins and gaining around 1.1lbs per week. How many calories? Do you track? What are macros?
I love myself. The gallon of milk just make it easier, I can't physically eat 4300 calories of food, I never couldn't.Why don't you love yourself?
this is an option...AHAHHAHAThat amount of milk would turn my ass into a diarrhea fire hose hahaha
Did EQ help your hunger at all?I love myself. The gallon of milk just make it easier, I can't physically eat 4300 calories of food, I never couldn't.
Honestly, not at all, but I'm currently running 250mg of it, I don't think you get any hunger under 600-700mgDid EQ help your hunger at all?
I wouldn't know. I've never ran EQ. I'm considering it for this winter blast.Honestly, not at all, but I'm currently running 250mg of it, I don't think you get any hunger under 600-700mg

Yeah, because your body is struggling to digest that milk. You aren't absorbing a lot of the nutrients.you might as well pour half of it straight into the toilet.Yeah, and I won't even mention the bloat from hell and the amount of farts every hours.
Well, you have to hope some will learn from their mistakes. This forum is really getting crap, and anything that caters to this kind of guy, you're participating in his failure.
In my experience you have to slowly ramp up calories to be able to eat 4k plus. Add 250 calories every week or so. Before long you will be there and it won't seem like as much. You also have to create a need for the calories with workout intensity and gear. Bulking is never going to be comfortable if you are doing it right. You pushing your body past where it's comfortable.1% milk has almost 1,700 calories in a gallon.. how are you not able to consume more than ~2500 calories in real food?

is that even funny?I’m eating ~5,000 calories a day, everyday, without any misses and still having a cheat meal or two. poor OP is full after 3 lunchables and a coke
