1% milk has almost 1,700 calories in a gallon.. how are you not able to consume more than ~2500 calories in real food?
In my experience you have to slowly ramp up calories to be able to eat 4k plus. Add 250 calories every week or so. Before long you will be there and it won't seem like as much. You also have to create a need for the calories with workout intensity and gear. Bulking is never going to be comfortable if you are doing it right. You pushing your body past where it's comfortable.

I don’t get it you say you don’t track fat or carbs just calories and protein? Where do you think the calories other than protein come from? So it doesn’t matter how you get to x calories and y protein at the end of the day as long as you hit it? I am very confused it seems like you’re spinning your wheels a bit here with the nutrition

Jesus wept.

Does no one introduce themselves anymore.. just straight into “I’m going to run a huge cycle, please help me justify my haste and arrogance”.

Lactose free fairlife milk has more protein... I mean why are you torturing yourself to save a few dollars

Or better yet, lactose free fairlife and a dumb overpriced weight gainer powder. I mean if you really cant eat , then do that. Or take MK677, that will make you hungry to the degree of being scared youll die if you dont eat.

Digestive enzymes, papaya, pineapple.

And some soda with sodium bicarbonate helps empty the stomach easier.

I’m eating ~5,000 calories a day, everyday, without any misses and still having a cheat meal or two. poor OP is full after 3 lunchables and a coke
