^^^ I'm with you on this one... While I'm on cycle I work out every muscle group 2x a week 6 days a week with only one day off a week. I recover and make gains fine if my diet and sleep is in check
 
I try to take a break every 6-8 weeks. I am hitting low reps and massively taxing nervous system. I wouldn't take a break if I was doing a higher rep program, but given my nervous system is whats tiring out here (steroids don't help that recover) I take my breaks. I want to be able to smash it hard, 100% again when I come back. Time off ALWAYS makes me stronger. Stronger + food = bigger to me.
 
I am missing that fast recovery, off cycle and recovery is 3+ days if I hit a muscle group hard. And I do.:)

Was a little tough to get in the zone for this. Squats were hard to get done, I ended up getting 3 reps.
 
I believe that I may have missed something, but can you explain your training split.

Is it for powerlifting?

Not being a smartass btw, just never did a split like that.

Eh, more or less I guess people might consider it power lifting. My thought process is that strength + food = size. I add in a few accessories to make sure I'm well rounded in my growth.

195 x 5 +5lbs
Pump set x 10-15 reps, then "extreme stretching" for fascia tearing.

DeadLift:

No pump set for DL, seems dangerous in my mind.

Not going to tell you I've been eating enough because obviously not. Measured waist, down over an inch. Fucking wrong direction, scale!! I need to EAT MOAR FOOD

Something has me back and forth to the doctors a few times, my doctor is a dip shit but my insurance is crap.. Struggling to eat, Feeling a little better today will have to see if I can handle gym later. I don't feel right, but I don't feel like its the flu. Regardless it seems to be slowly improving. I wish now that I had waited to take that rest week, I could've used it now instead of then. When I get back I'm going to have a lot of eating to make up for, I'm behind what I wanted.
 
I'm not doing well at all.. Every lymph node in my body is swollen to an extreme. Doctor is trying to take care of it. I can't eat. I have a bad infection from something.

Your gear-sick ; something is not agreeing with your body , probably the tren. I noticed the last pic you posted of your back there was a light yellow tint to it ; could be liver . Are you getting any itching or a pins&needles feeling to your skin ? Dark urine or light yellow stools ? Did you get bloods yet ? If not get 'em . This is not something you screw with ......Goodluck -OGH
 
I forgot what you took on this cycle , just went to your first page . Are you still on dbol ? That would be my first suspect , I dont know how many guys this month I've met that are sick from dbol , it just dont agree with alot of folks (including me) . I would drop the whole cycle and take your loss , its just not worth it . That will give you time to clean up and lean down some . You can start another cycle in a few months , but make sure your bloods are clean .
 
Im not on tren and dbol was stopped. This isn't gear sickness at all. No site infections or pains and never had any. Ive got sick from high solvent issue before and it was not like this.

I'm told I have a viral infection. They're figurning it out I need more tests

I'm sorry to hear that man.. It really sucks, no doubt about it. Take care of yourself.
 
I don't see the purpose other than cardio, and I sure as hell am not interested in being a crossfit person.

I'm on a shit ton of boards and vet/vip on all.. I've never heard of anyone recommending jumping rope to grow.. I think we have very different views of my goals. Please read the beginning few paragraphs to understand what I'm after, sir. Thank you for following along, though!

You probably know gear is gone and serra is breaking balls. You're 23 and a vet/vip on the "shit ton" of boards? May I ask the name of a few so I can check them out, please? I'm looking to get out a bit more often,

No, I completely get it, but to train to my natural potential with my goals would be more of a waste of time than worth. I really want to test my genetics, so to speak over the next two or three cycles, and decide if I should try to cycle for fun/health, or should I try to chase IFBB or something extreme. I just like to push myself, and I love the sport. IF I think I have genetics for it after a few epic runs, why not? If I don't, no skin off my ass and I can just revert to using cycles as a kick for fun. Blood work will always be taken for liver values, etc etc etc..

I get it, I've been around long enough to know the advice and I'd say the same, but I can truly say I grasp the pros and cons and have made a choice.. My approach might vary, but this is what my goals and plans are.

I agree with Tao. You keep saying you love to "push" yourself" and use words like "extreme". I believe you'd like to be the person you're describing. Where have you pushed yourself? I'm not trying to sound like a dick, but you don't really have any base at all. You don't appear very athletic either.
There's nothing wrong with being yourself and being cool with it. You seem like a decent enough kid but you don't have any kind of edge to you, which is ok.
You sound like and remind me off the kid in that classic advertisement in the back of the muscle mag. You know,,,,getting the sand kicked in your face by someone like me and then having your girl pulled.
That's kind of what I'm doing here, it kind of feels like it, no? C'mon, I'm playing but your a silly kid. What kind of Mickey Mouse board has disillusioned kids as VIP's?
 
Khem- hope everything gets better specially your health. Stop the cycle ASAP you can do another one down the road. Or just risk causing perminant damage to yourself.
