No, they are not "better!" Are you suggesting that since there is already so much crap in pre-workouts you might as well add more crap?I'm sure all the research chemicals in pre-work out is so much better for you @Sworder
It isn't very wise to use pre-workouts in my opinion. Basically you are stifling yourself by "needing" a pre-workout. You are creating a mental dependency.
