He's a slow shipper, and has poor communication. But I got my gear

that's pretty harsh man. everyone who has dealt with him numerous times states the opposite including myself. i can't call out any members but it seems like he had to do a lot of hand holding over the past month or so with new customers. i'm sure that gets old..

Just concerned when I get told everything in my order is in stock, money received, "your order will be delivered in a few days" and 6 days later I still don't even have a tracking #

Hopefully he's just slammed with orders and taking longer than usual.

You will get it. It took me 11 days to get my tracking number. The gear is worth the wait. I think he mentioned before that he didn't expect to take off this fast and is constantly flooded with orders.

Ok, disregarding the retard comment, you have just admitted that the poor TA and communication has happened most recently... So for that I thank you... Not to mention the countless posts complaining about bad TA over the past 2 weeks I just posted up...

I'm not saying they didn't all get their gear, so let's not fog up the point... The TA and communication sucks...

Those reviews are still up, they were never deleted. And La Taille has responded to all of them already.
The only important feedback is that Frank tends to tell people the packages have shipped and gives them the tracking number, when in fact he has only printed off the label and prepared the package for shipping. So the tracking number doesn't work until the package is actually shipped.
As for people bitching, the LONGEST wait time I saw was 11 business days, and that's because he has been swamped apparently. But when people freak after a day or two and start barraging him with emails, it only fills up his inbox and slows down communication.
Like I said, I can't speak to his quality yet, but he as communicated well with me (24hr response time) and his AVERAGE TA is around 5 or 6 days from what I've seen.

I think @Bighead101 has some high expectations though... seeing as he emailed La Taille multiple times per day, EVERY day, starting the day after he ordered. As for the others, Yes, shipping has been slow lately, but communication is better than average.

I emailed him every day because he said my package shipped and i would have a tracking number that night. Then he wouldn't respond back for 11 days. WTF would you think? As I said before, if he wouldn't have said what he said, then I would've never had cause for concern. Also, who's dick are you trying to suck? You just jumped in this out of nowhere.

11 day t/a due to the circumstances is not bad at all for high quality gear.

Like I said, he told people the packages had shipped when they in fact had only been PREPARED for shipment. And he has been called out on it, so hopefully he makes the necessary changes...

Once again, like I said, shipping has been slow because of the influx of new customers. But communication has been good, other than for the people that email him incessantly...

IMHO, I think that La Taille has reached a limit. If his customer base continues to grow, it will only go downhill for him in the future. He will either have to start cutting corners or go private... hopefully the latter.
