Lab work should I be concerned?

Tradeoff. Neither 325 mg/day nor 81 mg/day seem to exacerbate symptoms but I'll get a better look inside soon.

So far I've weighted the potential cardiovascular benefit more heavily than any gut hit for my personal objective function.

Actual net negative for low dose aspirin with IBD is murky from my understanding. What are your thoughts?

Yes, I see. I haven't ever looked up aspirin and IBD. My reasoning was simply NSAIDs = bad gut health; GI bleeding, stomach ulcers, h. pylori, gi perforation, increased intestinal permability, etc. We all know NSAIDs have a poor reputation in regards to gut health. However the links you provided seem to point to some sort of a net neutral or possibly even a positive effect on IBD. I'll have to take a deeper look in to it, but I'm not that interested tbh, so that may or may not happen : )

The thought of causing gut microbleeds just sounds like blasphemy to me. GI health is sacred to me, as it should be to everybody.

I have updated the blood work results on my log. I don't want to flood the forum with my blood work but if anyone's interested in the results after donating blood and adding some vitamins daily check them out.

Ok.

True

How about the Hgb/Hct without knowing anything about this guy?

The dude is running 500 mg/week of androgens (250 test / 250 drostanolone) and you mention his E2 may be the issue. A newbie may conclude from your comments that he can just drop his E2 with an AI and voila problem solved. No it won't.

I provided plenty of info on how the human body responds to supraphysiolgic androgen use.

Sorry if I misunderstood your point. I probably misunderstood that your comments were providing false hope and rationalizing drug abuse when they actually weren't. My bad.

If OP is having shortness of breath or other blood hyperviscosity symptoms he should donate short term. Longer term you gotta lower your dose unless you find the polypharmacy system that works for you, or your confident your plasma viscosity will allow you to run higher Hct.

That is all.
@Middus I apologize I got so sideways with you here. I should have handled this better from the start. Happy New Year Sir.

No Harm no foul. A happy new year to you too!

Currently running 250test c and 250 mast e. Unfortunately I cannot have grapefruit as my medication states it's to be avoided. I've now doubled up on fish oil, increase fiber, added citrus bergamot, and will look into donating blood. Hopefully this will be enough
That's not very high. Your liver enzymes are not very high either that could be from just working out. When you do Labs you want to be hydrated for 2 days not just one. What I do before Labs is make sure I drink a gallon of water the day before and the day of the labs. This will almost always lower your hematocrit by a bunch. Mine used to get that high and with hydrating and donating blood 3 times a year I've kept it a lot lower. I wouldn't want to donate more than four times a year. It messes up your Labs too much but I do usually do a double red like six weeks into my blast. And then maybe after my blast I'll do another double red.

OP, if you use the search function, you will find the numerous threads discussing this common side effect of ped use.

Like many here, I am also in the process of finding the right protocol to control this problem. For some people, donating is enough, for some of us its not. Doctors can’t even agree or recommend a proper solution for it, my urologist just ordered me to stop trt till the numbers return to normal.

Now, after researching, all I found are studies not replicated again, even logs from fellow ped users are rare. All we have are recommendations from vets and anecdotal reports which vary widely.

You can research further and decide on what to use yourself, however, if you are looking for a study that says which drugs or supplements actually work; you have to try it yourself to know what can work for you.
Have you added in 80mg of Telmisartan? After being on it for 2 years my hematocrit has dropped and it didn't happen overnight but it's just something I've noticed after being on it for a long time. Then I see the anabolic doc released a video that he's on the same medication and that it does lower hematocrit but you got to stay on it for a while ...it's not going to just lower it in 2 weeks. I really haven't changed anything and when I first started trt I had to always donate blood. I already have high blood pressure so I started taking telmisartan about 2 years ago. Now I don't really have problems. I go into donate blood and they stick my finger and I get a reading of 15. Before taking the blood pressure meds I would get a stick sometimes of 19.5 and they would say I can't even donate. I have not had this problem in a while after being on the blood pressure medicine. And now I'm doing pretty big blast twice a year and I'm still not having problems with my hematocrit when I used to have problems with it just on trt. I don't know some people says it don't work but I don't think they stay on it for long enough.

Fortunately, this is almost a year old. I've since learned my body alot better. I'm on isotretinoin currently so I can't donate blood. I can promise my hct isn't this high anymore. It's still elevated but I believe the slight increase is due to sleep apnea. I do a lot better hydrating, and with electrolytes. Im currently on alot bigger of a cycle, and my blood work looks pretty good.

Nice to know you are doing well.
Aside from blood donation, which you cannot currently do, have you implemented something else?

I will read better all the posts by Jin23, Middus and Readalot, when I have a little more time.
It's great they replied to you, those 3 members are awesome.

Have a happy New Year.

@Jin23 helped me quite a bit. We had a bit of a heated engagement on another thread of mine, I've since apologized for being a dick. He sent me in a proper direction for research.

To answer your question, I've placed a larger weight to hydration. My diet is also incredibly different, and strict. I also have different health supplements that I could possibly attribute to helping. Overall many factors have changed over the course of a year. Even on eq my hct isn't close to what it was here.

I just did my bloods yesterday for the first time after being on 250mg/week Test C for 9 weeks. My RBC, Hemoglobin, and Hematocrit were all high. Rbc 6.3, hemoglobin 18.0, and Hematocrit 55.6. HDL was slightly low at 37. ALT high at 57.

I was fasted for around 14 hours and I know my hydration wasn't the best. Hadn't been to the gym in a few days. Seeing as you have been through some of these and gotten better results, what would you recommend to get these back in range?

How much of a role will dehydration play to these results? I did do this test fasted and with no water for 12+ hours. Normally I have around 1.5-2 gallons a day with 1 gallon being with electrolytes. My question being is if I did this test hydrated would the results be better? Or would these "hydrated results" be false compared to "dehydrated results?"
THIS IS YOUR PROBLEM. if you were hydrated your bloods would be likely normal. Not thinking you need to donate etc. BUT if you really want to, go repeat this lab after drinking 1.5-2L water 1-2 hours before test.

There's just to many factors. What are you health supps? Do you have untreated sleep apnea? You said your hydration wasn't the greatest, that will play a huge role. Do you drink electrolytes? What's your diet like? What's you salt intake like?

You'll need to really learn your body. Plus the hydration is huge. Don't panic, I feel like this happens to almost everyone at first.
