Everyone that Labmax's gear or is planning on it should read this post. Last night I tested some Test E that I had high expectations for. After LM'ing twice its wasnt a fail but it was very unimpressive. There was some compound in there but not what I expected to see given others results. See below

After talking to the source and sharing the pics it was really bothering me today. I started to think is it my flashlight? This evening I changed the batteries and re-tested. I'm sure you all know where I'm headed... far different results

So lesson learned. I've had this flashlight and batteries for about 6 months. I used the flashlight moderately and that affected the batteries enough that it skewed the results.
CHANGE YOUR FUCKING BATTERIES or you too will have to go back to your sources and say "Mia culpa"... Don't be that guy learn from my mistake.

So light intensity gets effected by battery and supply Power?
Do you have the LM light or a different one ?

Of course it's like any other flashlight. As the batteries weaken the light gets dimmer. Think about a 3 cell maglite they are blinding at first but over time they get weaker and weaker.
I have this light ImageUploadedByTapatalk1421392890.753886.jpg
It's not the LM one but its that doesn't affect how as batteries weaken the beam of light dims

From your labmax (with good batteries, lol) and other legit members reviews, sounds like you got some great stuff brother. Time to get big!!!

Great post @FuriousWO. With all my flashlights I use those "lithium" cells they make for cameras and smoke detectors. Don't want to get stuck in a snow storm and have flash go dead in truck. Little more money, but they last A very long time. Never thought about using them in LM light, but might avoid this issue. Great that you pointed this out. Thanks.
