More than likely it's the latter. They aren't the same batch, period. One of the two testers is... confused, or the batch numbers are useless.

Everyone needs to get over these MFL batch numbers!! They don't mean anything!! It's a random set of numbers punched into the computer and put on the labels..
Ricky still says he labmaxed every batch which is glaringly false!! Why would you think he gives a shit about putting the right batch number on every vial?!
I can picture Ricky paying an older Chinese woman with dementia $5 a day to label vials.. He's not doing it himself, not that that would mean anything..
Damn why all the Test P failures, I need to test my Test Prop. They sell real winny but fake prop? Do you think the prop is just bunk or another ester?
GETM "tren e"
Under the UV it's sort of blue purple, no green at all, so it's probably not tren e. Whatever it is its pretty weak looking too.
Bad camera blah blah blah
I tried to show the fluorescence best I could
Second opinions? Maybe it's where the rest of his test e is!
test p would be blue under UV. How much did you drop, maybe try more to see if you get blue under UV. Could be underdosed this way you can find out.
This trick works with test e I am not sure if it would work with test p too. I see fluorescence but it is yellow.
But see the pictures on labmax site A and B does not look the same more like underdosed test e.
tren is dark brown, how does the oil look like ?
