Yea so my experience with insulin pretty much extends many years however on retatrutide yet second month only wonder some yall have combined both choices successfully meaning know how much that may change dynamics of needed glucose per IU, how much does glucagon change synergy between those and then rhgh to the equation

On the protocol since you may need that to compare
25iu lantus everyday
10iu humalong 3x weekly 3x daily breakfast, pre, post workout
10iu rhgh pre workout everyday
5mg retatrutide weekly one day
testosterone/primobolan three months 840/420, 1120/560, 1400/700

Carb cycling 3 high days, 3 medium days, 1 low day where I may choose still to or not change lantus

It’s different for everyone. You may need more carbs for the same amount of insulin since reta will make you more insulin sensitive. You shouldn’t worry about glucagon at all since your body will adjust itself for the extra glucagon activity through your blood sugar levels.
I don’t have any experience with insulin, but i suggest you start from beginning. So only use humalog first and check your blood sugar levels, then do more humalog and at last use lantus.

I combine Tirz, GH and Humalog without any problems... but I am more sensitive so I had to lower my insulin dose a little for the same amount of carbs.

Yea so that was my point my carb/iu ratio on humalog comes to 20:1 measured multiple times 15:1 nearly made me hypo twice will check things on the way up on retatrutide currently started lantus then humalog when my certainty that my sugar can keep up with my workout load so comment more soon cheers
