Glad to hear that some things don't change, no matter where we end up afterwards in life. Rockin Them Panties 365 all day every day. This chick last month couldn't understand why I have so many shorts. I was like Baby those are my underwear, and don't worry I got another 10 pack on the way. Every time I wear regular underwear I put em on for a few seconds, then I toss them bitches in the trash can. That's how I ended up throwing away dozens of underwear and replacing them with the panties. Some call it weird. I call it my comfort zone. Some may say wtf are you fucked in the head. You may seek that smoke sesh exhaustment but it's hard to find. I push when I train, sometimes a little bit more then needed, ok a lot more then it's needed.
But nowhere in the world will you hear, " The PSG saying, I'm not stopping until I send someone to the hospital". Smoke sessions so bad, your puking, border line fainting, faint for a second, get up instinctively in the position of attention and continue the smoke session. I remember it started around 0230 and right before 0700 well there was a mofo flopping like a fish, but not getting back up. No shit get the ice coolers. Sheets on the neck, groin, armpit, body, thermometer up his ass, i.v. Instantly on the spot and puttin him on the stretcher. He kept his promise, I chugged the gallon of water down, and embraced the real fun that was going to start that day. .....good times.

Lol my first day at unit I spent it flipping a tire from 0830 to taps at 22.
Gotta love it....
We stopped doing heat cas once we went oconus.... 120 felt like a godsend. Plus we only went out at night.... guess that's why they call us green eyed monsters.
 
Did some way different stuff today.
Started out with tabata.
8 min of box shuttle 20 on 10 off.
These next ones I did cardio while I rested between sets.

Bench press 4x8 @225
Bench step ups 4x60 seconds between sets
Incline DB Press 3x6 @80lbs
DB power clean 3x60 sec @ 40 lbs
Decline bench 3x10 @135
Jump rope 3x60 sec
Bodyweight Dips 3x12
Jump rope 3x60 sec
CG bench 3x15
Stairmill for 10 minutes.
Spent from 4am to 7am shitting my brains out. Didn't feel too great.
