Only hit one workout today, the legs and back Tuesday workout from TNE's killer bodybuilding split. I was PMing him about it earlier and he said it was to achieve that "Golden Era" physique and I gotta say.... I'm loving it!!!

I miss running. Going to start doing that in the AM's.

Here is what I did for the workout today.

Back Squats - ATG with a 2 second pause at the bottom. 7 sets... 225x12, 245x10, 275x8, 275x8, 315x6, 365x4, 365x4
Barbell Lunge 5x12(each leg) @135
Close Grip Barbell Row 4x12 @135
Pulldowns 2x15@140, 1x12@180, 1x10@220
S1: Iso Extension (2 sec pause at top) 4x10 @110
S2: BW Pull up 4x10 (my pull ups have taken a hit lately :( )
S1: Iso Ham curl (2 sec pause at top) 5x12 @40lbs
S2: CG Cable row 1x12@160, 1x12@180, 1x12@240, 1x10@270, 1x9@270
S1: DB Rear Delt Shrug 5x12 @35lbs (long squeeze at top)
S2: Barbell RDL 2x12@135, 3x12@225

Absolutely LOVING this split!! Such a new spin on my workouts. Thank you very much @Thenewera, I'm pretty freakin stoked to see where I am at the end of this first 5 weeks.

Nice numbers and lifts. Glad you're liking the split... With 110% you'll achieve great results !
 
Work on them pull ups Ranger.
Never know when you will have to drag a motherfucker for a minute or two.
Follow up with a Shoot, Move, Communicate, Kill....

I want to get my pull ups back to 30 and eventually up to 50
 
Schedule has been a bit screwy. Wife is at home again today. Sprints, and lifting today.
Drinking my strawberry, banana protein, Greek yogurt mix right now gettin ready to lift.

Phew, you talkin about doing 30-50 straight up in one set ? That's what's up.
Or volume training emphasis ?

Ive never knocked out more than 30 in a set...once I get to 20 its time to add more weight

I do wide dead hang, start off with 20, go do pull downs, light lateral raises, come back do 15, do few other things, do 10, repeat, fuckin 10 push ups, 10 pull ups x10, just hang for a minute. Stretch, do another few sets of ten, start knocking the numbers down until I'm down doing 1 push up and one wide pull up until failure. Stop for a second, look in my pockets, meh, find zero fucks. And repeat. .... Not a BB, but that's the type of volume training that I encorporate when doing just a pull up bar.

One set straight brother. Bodyweight exercises are always to failure. Push ups are still in the 140 range. Break the plane and lock the elbows. One straight line from shoulder to heel.... everythibg to standard ;)
