I came here looking for a new forum to replace evolutionary. Not sure what happened to that place seemed good at first then went way down hill. Been reading threads a few days looks like a good place. Can't wait to learn
Goals= get bigger/stronger
Training= mix of powerlifing/ bodybuilding
Deadlift=600 goal-800
Bench=430 goal-600
Squat=585 Goal-750
I don't expect these goals to happen overnight
Weight-260
Chest-53 1/2
Arms-18 3/4 weak point for me
Forearms-14 3/4
Quads-27
Calves-18
Waist- 40 (I know I'm fat) mostly concerned with gaining strength . Some day will Lean down
