BUT
aim.very happy with the results, considering I mostly powerlift
AND I looked like THAT 20 months ago due to my 7 +year Hiatus from any form of exercise LMAO

I'm also running lower doses, so I'm okay if it takes me another few years to get back into shape.

I just wanted to experiment with Tren and share my experiences

I enjoyed it, but I will NOT be running Tren again
Not because I had a bad time or bad sides, I felt great

But because my Health and family are Numero Uno

I agree with @Btcowboy . I was goona put my comp off til next year until my coach was like dude if you never compete you'll never be able to improve in the sport. Gitrdone!!!! I also guarantee you'll look much better than most your local guys anyway and the best gainz come right after the shreds

I definitely want to do a meet this year.
It's been a WILD year lol.
At this point I'll be lucky if I can do a PL meet this year.
I continue to work 7 days a week, minimum 12 hours a day... 360 days a year.
Doesnt help that Covid wiped out around 40-60% of my net worth
Had to even sell off a few houses to cover the spread lol.
Doesnt help that @Human_backhoe and I are building a luxury home in our SPARE time (If I even have any)
Just us.... and our wives... and luxury finished, self sufficient 2500 sq house....
Just us... lol.

PL is my passion
Once I've done a few meets, I'll be looking to step on stage.

I have a LONG way to go.
I just dont have the size you do @Bluehooka
My back and legs are a big weak point for me, I just dont have the size there, heres hoping that all my upper back work for PL helps lol.
and that my squat PRs get me to a good sized quad.

I'm making consistent improvements, even since I abandoned this log

Managed to lean down a bit and keep consistent around 235-240

Still mainly a PL program
Lifting heavy SBD 3x a week.
1 Powerlifting accessories (Crushing upper back like it's going out of style)

Usually I'll dedicate 1 day for delts
1 day for arms... I csnt get away from it, old habits die hard lmfao.

Today was moderate chest work, working on form and deloading for a Bench completion next week.

My new goal is to drop down from 240 to 220 with a DNP cut.
Use the reset insulin sensitivity to do a 2 week ultra bear bulk

Am currently running (and will be running for my cut)

Will continue with that protocol until probably for a WHILE at least

Definitely wouldn't want to push you into doing a competition. Do it when you're ready just hope you don't wait too long. Also, I think the size thing is in your head, you're way bigger than I am.

Your Lats and legs and chest blow mine out of the water lol
Especially on the lat width.
I'll do a relaxed front pose like in your log next time i hit lats and you'll see it for sure lol.
