I dint know if it's just me, but tren definitely is not the monster I thought it would be.
I'm almost at week 4 and I feel great.

Enhanced and more pleasant mood, if anything im more patient
Great sex drive, but not too crazy because I'm only on cruise test.
A LITTLE Trensomnia, but nothing a few puffs of hash and some melatonin can't take care of
No androgenic sides, acne etc is under control and gtg.
The night sweats fucking suck
and the tren cough fucking sucks lol
Cardio has taken a minor hit, but not too bad.

All quite controllable and I'm feeling good
I see lot of people telling to others to run high test but i tried trt test and tren, I felt any of the sides of tren that I got in the past with higher test...

Tren at realistic doses is so doable. Its the first and second time users who go straight to 600 test and 700 tren.

pinning tren more frequently makes a huge difference.

pinning 200 mg of tren MWF For 600 mg vs 100mg of tren M-Sat for 600. The ed injections will cut sides dramatically.

Going into week 4 of ED Ave injections, I'm STARTING to see some sides, but nothing that cant be handled IMO

I mean, at the end of the day, it's all about the estrogenic environment within your body

We can plainly see that Prolactin is created in a high estrogenic (amongst other things) environment.
By keeping low and stable estro, I've been pretty decent thus far

So far I'm managing well,
I actually missed one shot last week and I felt a bit shitty.
Other than that, I'm 50mg ED.

I was originally going to run 4 weeks only.
BUT
I'm thinking of cutting the Tren down to 25mg ED and adding 400 Primo a week.
Run 2 more weeks at 25mg ED, then switch to a Primo/GH cruise.

Well that was a bullshit weekend.

Averaged 20km a day for the last 3 days straight.
Legs are fucked, can't really walk right now.

Doesnt include the actual work I did (Forming and pouring)

Fuck the gym
each day was 17 hours.

Oh well, sleeping 5 hours and back at it tomorow
Hitting speed work on squats tomorow, need my sleep
 
Quick update

Did speed work on squats yestersay as per @Worf suggested, switching up my squat routine to make some nice gains
Felt fucking amazing.
Went ass to grass as well
Feel more sore than I have in a LONG time, even though I was lifting relatively light.
I want to hit it again today, felt awesome LOL

Havnt weighed in for a while.
I'm now up to 235 lbs,
So 10 LBS in 3.5 weeks, VERY happy, looking drier too.

All Tren sides are officially gone
Feel amazing, looks like I've passed the hurdles and my body is accustomed to the tren now

1rm calculator says I can hit 330
So I'm about where I feel I should be.
I figure I'll YOLO that shit for 335
Using smelling salts and 20mg Halo to make up the difference

Deload the week of the attempt and max on Saturday. So either Tuesday and Thursday or Monday and Wednesday do 4x3 with 50% 1RM. Then Saturday warm up plus dynamic stretching.

Bar for reps
135 for 5-10
Then do 3's and 1's to ramp up
90% projected max x1
95% projected max x1

So, in that case I'll push for the following weekend.

So I'll hit a 80% max on Saturday for reps and hit my deload this coming week

Retinol A world for the big breakouts

But honestly, dish soap (Like Dawn or Sunlight) keeps me clear as fuck.
I usually dont have acne problems, but I ignored it this time since I was running low Test.
Now I've stopped the retinol for a while and i just wash my back/shoulders with Dawn and I am 100% clear.
This stuff is magic

But yeah if you're kn a pinch retinol is great
Lava soap works great on acne too. Weird I know but it works great.

Improved all my big lifts, particularly proud of my 315 PR on bench a few weeks ago.
1RM now has it at 325 (Apparently lol)

Basically I've been clean bulking for 1.5 years now
shave added a lot of mass, but this fat needs to be dealt with lol

DL and squat have Improved drastically.
Had problems grabbing the bar even, now I'm on the road to a 500DL shortly
Gotta give all the credit to the PL crew, these guys have kept me motivated and healthy through my journey back to being in great shape.

Protein intake.. and calories, I've never been a big Macros guy.
I'm just not at "That level" like a lot of guys on Meso are, where I compete or really need to be dialed in hard to bring their physique to the next level.

Current maintenance calls around between 3500-3700ish, depedant on how hard my work day is.

I'm thinking around 2500-2700 cals 5 days a week.
the other 2 days will be at 3500 cals... honestly just to keep myself going mentally so I dont give in to the cravings and get off track.
I'm actually pretty satisfied with 3500ish and dont get cravings.


Like I said before, super new to cutting cycles.
I've had decent success just cutting at a 300 calorie deficit over long time periods,

But I just REALLY want to experiment.
TBH... my enjoyment of AAS is the experience, science and discovery, almost as much as the physique.. so I'm always up for trying new stuff.

I've had solid success the past year and a half I've been in the gym on nice easy cycles.

I dont feel like I NEED Tren at all.

But I'm super excited to experiment with it, at least once.

Any advice or tailoring is greatly appreciated.

I'm not looking for Validation of my plan, I'm looking for straight up criticism from the multitude of guys that know better than me.

Dropping tren to 175mg starting today
adding 400mg Primo for the last 2 weeks of my blast
Then I'll drop Primo to 200mg for my cruise with 200mg Test U.
Will keep on the 4iu GH as BG hasnt been effected.
I will start to see it creep up in about 2 more months from now, at which point I'll cut the GH out totally.

Dam man, i did a change for my leg exercise, going for more for explosive movement, and lighter for higher reps. You gave me the idea from this log. Holy shit. Legs are hurting.

Going to start doing 1 heavy day 1 explosive day going foward. Maybe even for each muscle. For the next 4 weeks. Thanks for the idea.
 
Looks like you are hiting some deep squats man.Do you monitor your BC levels on tren and GH.Maybe this causes your tiredness.
