life has bee fucked
I've bee training, but just too tired to really keep up with the log lol.
This cycle has been successful but TBH in the wrong ways.
Physique has improved nicely, but my MAIN goal of increasing my lifts isnt going so well.
Might have something to do with I'm so tires when I hit the gym, the upper RPE ranges just arent there
I have one more week left in my cycle and I'll be going back on cruise.

Flexed and relaxed respectively
Lowered BF and threw some solid mass on.
Probably a qaulity 10 lbs gained.
I'm re working my training and I'll see what I can do with my newly acquired mass in respect to my Powerlifting, as hhonestly, chasing the numbers on the bar is my #1 fitness goal
