Dam man, i did a change for my leg exercise, going for more for explosive movement, and lighter for higher reps. You gave me the idea from this log. Holy shit. Legs are hurting.

Going to start doing 1 heavy day 1 explosive day going foward. Maybe even for each muscle. For the next 4 weeks. Thanks for the idea.

Looks like you are hiting some deep squats man.Do you monitor your BC levels on tren and GH.Maybe this causes your tiredness.

Sometimes I'll work for 24 or 36 hours straight and I wont pack the carbs in, after being awake so long, you're just not hungry.
So my.BG drops

I keep fast carbs with me at all times and it really works well

1 heavy day legs. So hitting 3-5 Reps with say 400, deadlift. 5 sets

i do legs every 4 th day.

Then the next go around for legs, would be explosive day. 225 For deadlift, exploding up, slow on the way down. Like 1 second up 3-4 seconds down. For 10-15 reps. Not going heavier then this. Doing more sets instead if needed. 8 sets


This is what I did. It may be different from the exact thing silentlemon did.

Definitely havnt been keeping up with the log lol.
I've been derelict in my duties.
Work has been absolutely insane and I barely have time to sleep and train these days.
Final push to finish 2 projects that have been ongoing for over a year, so I'm 100% unfocused on anything else in my life right now

But feeling good, so I csnt complain too much

Physique has improved nicely, but my MAIN goal of increasing my lifts isnt going so well.
Might have something to do with I'm so tires when I hit the gym, the upper RPE ranges just arent there

I have one more week left in my cycle and I'll be going back on cruise.

Lowered BF and threw some solid mass on.
Probably a qaulity 10 lbs gained.

I'm re working my training and I'll see what I can do with my newly acquired mass in respect to my Powerlifting, as hhonestly, chasing the numbers on the bar is my #1 fitness goal

Sounds like a tren cycle. Now it’s time to get off that shit and lift some weight. Strength will be there once you get calories stabilized and when you feel better you’ll perform better. Improvement in strength on a legitimate cut is a hell of a task except for a newb.

not gonna lie that’s impressive from the previous. 10lb lean gains is awesome. Noticeable changes in your triceps, forearms and chest.

when you go back to cruising what are you at mg?

Does primo do anything for you? I’d probably do just test and gh
 
A small dosage of Primo increases my Free Test exponentially
While not effecting BP or Lipids etc.
Its almost feels and looks like I'm doubling my TRT

I can make some solid gains from 200mg extra Primo.
I tried low primo a while back and besides having a reaction to the carrier it dried my joints out like mast. A little npp on top of a light dose of text e/c is a good cruise. I haven’t had the best luck with gh myself but I’ve never tried pharma, so could be impurities

Even Winny at 50mg ED doesnt dry my joints out.
75 will... hut only after 4 or 5 weeks.

I'm pretty fortunate with that.

I have pretty decent success with GH
Just helps to maintain a solid BF% while on cruise for the most part.
Doesnt do much else for me

Do you loose Bw ? I’ve herd it basically recomps people because the nutrient partitioning. Drop bf slightly increase muscle tissue but to real weight loss outside of tinkering with diet.

Ive had great success with my current tren run physique wise. However, I'm mentally tired of it. Tired of it and looking forward to the end. At this point, I only really experience one side effect: I have 0 fucking patience with anything, ever.

Next for me, a 3 to 5 month cruise. May run a feel good bulker next. NPP test.....may throw some adrol in at the end. Give it another shot. That'll be winter tho.

it really is a great recomp compound.

my biggest issue is maintaining leg size and strength.
I walk 15km per day on site... 7 days a week. (Om not an office type Site super lol)
And I'll do Cardio for 3km jogging 3x a week.

So I always lose leg size and FAST when off cycle
The Primo will help me maintain my gains.
Even if I can throw 2 lbs of muscle on during my cruise I'll be very happy.

If I go too heavy on the calories, I'll get fat... but maintain my legs, so its a shitty balance I have to maintain

I didnt get bombarded by sides, but I'll definitely feel relieved to be off the tren train lol.

I'm thinking

200mg Test
300mg Deca
400mg Mast.

A nice clean bulk,
Run 16 weeks at 400 Calories above maintenance

I'll throw some GH in there too for fun maybe.

Looks like a great run, as worf said get back to lifting heavy shit once your eating again
