Let's see your gym playlist

No pics, but my general playlist for life is a combination of:

Pantera
Metallica
BLS
Korn
FFDP
Disturbed
System of a down
Slipknot
AS
Powerman 5000
Ozzy
Mushroom
...sure I'm forgetting a ton.

Then the inverse with:
Kansas
Creedance Clearwater
Lynyrd Skynyrd
38 Special
ZZ Top
Kid Rock (weird shoe in)
Alman Brothers
AC/DC
Dio
Motorhead
Etc.

The heavy stuff is preferred when pushing iron around.

Having owned a DJ comapany in the past, I have enough music to listen all year and never hear the same song more than once. Pretty sure I have everything from Bobby Darin to 2007-8 on hard drives. I change it up. above is my most recent.

I used to be big into metal. Particularly Lamb of God, Slipknot, DevilDriver, Behemoth, and my all time favorite: Dimmu Borgir. I'd suggest that everyone give the album Abrahadabra a listen. I think it's a masterpiece but I understand how some may disagree.

Lately though, I've been on an EDM kick. Knife Party, Zomboy, Nero... The drop in Skism's "Experts" always gets me pumped.

I listen to what lots of people call screamo. I'm the only person I know that likes my kind of music. Enough said. But I think some guys here might like this based on what I've seen in some play lists. I wouldn't consider these guys screamo but they are awesome

My workout playlist lon my phone has quite a variety:

Time Is Tight - Booker T and the MGs
Bodies - Drowning Pool
We Won't Get Fooled Again - The Who
Back For More - Five Finger Death Punch
Run Thru the Jungle - Creedence Clearwater Revival
Riders On the Storm - The Doors
Light My Fire - Doors
Eminem - The Way I Am
Burn It Down - Five Finger Death Punch
Dirty White Boy - Foreigner
Jumping Jack Flash - Rolling Stones
99 Ways to Die - Megadeth
Love Her Madly - Doors
Jump - Van Halen
Panama - Van Halen
Bang on the Drum All Day - Todd Rundgren
Girls Girls Girls - Motley Crue
Another Brick In the Wall - Pink Floyd
100 Ways to Hate - Five Finger Death Punch

I listen to all sorts of music when I workout. If I'm just doing high rep work I'll listen to 90's r&b and some "softer" rock. If I'm low rep and heavy weights I'll put on stuff like suicide silence, as blood runs black, bear tooth, etc. Everyone gives me weird looks when I put my music on since I'm half black [emoji23]

Fuck everything is one of my favorite tracks in the gym.

I never listen to music when I work out unless it's on the gym radio but I haven't been to a gym in a while I'd rather do my twenty minutes at home ..
I will listen to some Eminem/D12 Disturbed etc when doing cardio like the bike or stairmaster not for resistance training ..
Females in the gym or pictures of females at home get me going much better than music ..
