Well hcg doesnt "unblock" your lh/fsh.

Hcg mimics the lh hormone. It binds in the leydic cells and they can produce sperm and reverse the atrophy of your testicles. It makes it easier for the hormone lh/fsh that is produced in your brain to bind there.

So hcg by itself can help produce sperm, it works better with hmg (actual lh and fsh).

There are a couple of hcg protokolls out there that have helped people that have been long term on aas. To mind comes dave Palumbo he definitely has a protokoll out that is supposed to work but i think it contains comming off.

Also see Bostin Loyd he has one too and got his gf pregnant after using a ton of gear and also using gear while getting her pregnant.

cant he go somewhere and get his fertility checked? That would be my first step. I know plenty of guys that had no problems with fertility after years of gear usage, myself included.

If you're friend is on TRT- regardless he's going to have problem impregnating his wife. Just skip the HCG and visit your GP for advice. If he's like most cyclers who goes on PCT- there's many cases given time off and allowing his body to recover- he should be able to get his wife pregnant. But it's 50/50 shot and anyone who play this game should know what can happen

Chances are he will get her pregnant after an hcg and hmg protocol. Bostyn protocol will work but his HCG dosages are exaggerated. I don't remember how much HMG he suggest tho

Lh and Fsh is more related to the body's ability to produce their own testosterone than fertility, however theres a correlation between higher lh/fsh and higher fertility. However hcg/hmg administration is more effective for fertility than fsh/lh boosters like clomid/nolva. However even tho HCG will decrease Lh and Fsh levels, it will increase fertility but hmg is even more effective in the fertility department
