Light diuretic

So even when I'm decently lean my face gets very puffy after a high carb cheat day. I suspect its water becasue it goes away just as fast when I return to my regular diet. Is there any diuretic that isn't too dangerous that I could take before a holiday for example to not look as bloated on pictures?

They're all relatively safe if you know how they work. If you don't you can run into trouble even with something as innocent as dandelion root which is very high in potassium. Combine it with drugs (or a medical condition) that make you prone to hyperkalemia such as telmisartan and voila if you a recipe for a potential disaster. Know your potassium levels and what to do when you screw up.

No when I make a fresh pot I have mixed the grounds and brewed them together.
I thought maybe you added it to the new stuff , let it sit, and then filter it. Gonna give it a try tomorrow am, the way you described. Always cool to run into someone who appreciates Vietnamese Highlands Robusta! If anyone reading this likes strong and smooth, low acid coffee, this is it. You can order it off of Amazon or lenscoffee.com

Pizza ! , talk about a love hate relationship. My goto cheat.
Yup, that's what my APBT and I are having tonight after a great pec session!
Oh yea pizza is my all time favorite, had it last night too. If I have it For a cheat meal i get pumped up from it start sweating and my veins start popping same with burger and frys. Is that like shit loading? Lol

This is actually really good info. I had.no idea dandelion was high in potassium. I had to drop potatoes when I started telmisartan because i was slight hyperkalemic but had no idea about the dandelion root. And I'm taking a double dose of it. 1500mg of the extract twice a day, not sure if the extract still has the potassium or not but I should probably cut to a single serving daily anyways.
