I would like to know this too. If they ended up human trials for this compound is for a reason. I know clomiphene affects the eyes, but the effects begin to subside shortly after, according to the literature that is, and tamoxifen increases the risk of cataract surgery. Maybe it has something to do with selective modulators, but what the fuck do I know? As far as I'm concern this SARMs have the same mechanism of action as good old dirty AAS and "side effects" will be just about the same as a primarily anabolic steroid with no estrogen conversion, given that you will take this SARMs in dosages high enough to warrant any performance enhancement. As dosages go up "selectivity" goes down, endogenous testosterone suppression is a given, and cholesterol values will shift no matter what. If Ostarine, a close relative to S4, happens to have this particular effect on vision too, I see little to no advantage in using this SARM either.

I've used it and the night blindness was so bad I had to stop the cycle.
Driving was almost out of the question.
Vision returned to normal a few days after I stopped. I've read threads were people seem to tolerate it better and are able to make some gains but It wasn't for me

Just to be clear the blinding affect was only noticeable at night or if you stepped into a dark place.

What kind of gains are we talking about from this SARM??

what dose where you using @ how long before it affected your vision? its suppose to have the same basic results as test

Dose was 25mg 2xed. I know people have run it up to 100mged.
About 5 days for the vision sides to kick in.
I can't really say much about gains because I stopped it in week 2.
I drive for about 2 hours in the dark every morning for work and I literally feared for my life the vision sides were so bad. I still have 3 Full bottles just sitting around.

What's the mechanism by which it affects vision? Couldn't be AR could it?; otherwise we'd have a lot of blind AAS-using bodybuilders...

exactly,apparently the eye has receptors very similar to AR's.
S4 happens to fit into both of them.so once the receptors are saturated you get this yellowing/night blindness effect.
it seems to affect some people worse than others,for me it was too much to tolerate.

I always thought all of the eye issues in aas community were Caused by insulin abuse leading to diabetes.
there is a guy on another board nearly 60 years old I think with an extensive history using peptides.
he is now full blown diabetic with glaucoma.

I've used S4 twice, 50mg a day both times. Strength definitely was much more noticeable and came on quicker than the other SARM Ostarine. Vision sides peaked after about two weeks of using it each time, and by week three I ended up dropping it because it was too much to deal with. I only noticed a yellow tinge in the dark, vision seemed the same in the light. It wasn't that my sight got any worst while I was on it, but my night vision was horrible, it would take literally a half hour to adjust to the darkness. I couldn't deal with it since I'm driving at night so much. The vision effects went away within a week of stopping it each time.

I hate to bring up a topic that's 2 months old, but I've been reading a little on SARMS, & the different ones & what they do. I get a little confused...does anyone have any experiences w them? Stacking them? Lean mass gains? Fat loss? Thanks for any info

Ostarine is inhibitory of your natural testosterone, so its "selectivity" will tun out to be a joke in very high doses required to build muscle mass, it is also resistant to metabolism, that meaning it is toxic: that's what the clinical trials reveal. Someone posted a blood laboratory done after using Osta alone, his testosterone was low. So stack it with either testostosterone or pin HCG throughout. The lab was shown in a thread here in the sponsor section ironmaglabs, if I remember well.

Thanks for the response man! I appreciate it. I recently purchased a bottle of S-4 & a bottle of GW-501516. I have read of people stacking these to gain lean muscle mass & cut the fat off. Now, I'm reading more & more info on them. So, I decided I would try to get some help from guys that are a lot more knowledgable than me!
