I dont get chalk...period
Just hold on to the damn thing

I can finally grip a 80lb dumbbell by myself, and all of that grip is coming from my index and pinky finger. I sweat a lot, so it becomes a major challenge trying to grip things, even hammer strength handles :(

Temporary fix until I can actually curl my ring finger into a fist.
 
Save your money man liquid chalk sucks it makes your hands tacky and doesn't actually really help for gripping. Sneak some chalk in and apply it conservatively it's far better then the liquid chalk crap that I have

I was using it as an alternative to straps. I literally can't hold 225 for more than a few reps in my right hand. I was going to get it to slowly start rehabing my grip. My forearm is the same size as my left one, but it feels so soft, as where my left one is rock hard.
But I'm thinking I might just start using those jars of my semen I've been saving instead..... and you all thought I was crazy.
 
I won't be satisfied with my finger strength until I rip a man's rib out and beat him into submission at an underground Kumate. Bloodsport style.
Had a similar grip issue with my right hand. Got my ring and middle finger caught in a piece of equipment that was 600 degrees with just cotton gloves wasn't able to pull it out till the skin and muscle had melted like wax. Took a couple years but grip strength is not an issue anymore. I feel like I could peirce a man's sternum with my pinky finger.lol

Yeah shouldn't take nearly as long.lol How'd that situation turn out? Did the guy press charges? I've been in a few fights since adulthood and have really gotten lucky on that.
 
I haven't ever had charges pressed for fighting. Haven't been in one in seven years now though. Got in quite a few in my teens and early 20's.

Nope. He was some street thug idiot. Tried hitting me and pulling a gun on my buddy. So i don't think that would turn out too well in his favor.
I'm just glad he has stayed away and hasn't tried coming back.

Used to kick sand bags wrapped around poles when I did kick boxing. Haven't boxed in forever though. Miss training.
I thought about elbowing him, but when he tried to punch me it was just kind of my first reaction to punch him. Oh well. Done and over with. Time to go do dad like activities.
 
Was bored. Didn't want to be in the house all night so I went to the gym. Did deadlifts 225x10, 315x10 for 2 sets. Switched my grip halfway through the last set and fucked myself. Did a few back things. Rows, reverse grip Pulldown, pull ups, rear delt stuff.
315 felt so light, just put more pressure on my hand than I felt comfortable with.
 
Well my new phone doesn't have my signature chipmunk/squirrel face, so here's a pic with my face just out of the equation.
236lbs.
Not lean not fat. I just want to lift a lot of weight. Whenever I'm natural I seem to get very lean. No water retention, and my appetite for stuff gets cut down. Was never a big eater..... except for that one 10,000 calorie day challenge. Never again.

Remember that one time you gave me shit for shaving my arms????

I'm done doing that. Yeah you get more vascular and your skin feels all silky smooth, but it's damn near a daily task.
I'll let my wild side grow.
