Log - getting strong - Redo #3,482

My gym offers something similar but they can't handle my 3yr old son. Way...way too much energy :(

Tell me about it. My kid just turned 3 and he's a hefty boy (46lbs) with tons of energy. He NEVER stops moving. So far we have burnt out day home number 2 as they say he's too much for them haha

We have medicine for my oldest
ADD & aspbergers(autism)
What.a.joy:oops:
I have adhd and the wife has add she took meds all the way thru high school I learned to live with mine, parents didn't believe in medicating:confused:

Excuse my ignorance but isn't aspbergers the more functional or is it all just varying degrees of autism?

Its all on the spectrum. He is mild. Classified and evaluated as aspbergers clinically.

Sheldon(the big bang dude), Bill Gates, Einstein are all notable ppl with aspbergers

I remember reading about an author that has it as well but I can't remember his name at the moment. It really sucks sitting there trying to listen to someone because you know it's important and only catch half the words.

Whatever reason athletes are getting kids with autism. I think ESPN or some other network did a thing on it a while back? I remember watching it or reading it...why athletes? It seems at an alarming rate higher than reg folks. Or maybe now were just becoming more enlightened about it? I know thats half of it. We used to just assume someone was stupid but now theres a name and reason to why they act a certain way. I always wondered if it was some thing i did. Never used any sort of PED before my kids were born so idk...cant help but feel responsible. Somehow

A lot of things like that are hereditary and skip generations.
I had a psychiatrist tell me that stuff usually hits every other generation, or leap frogs it's way through the family tree.
When I ETS, I saw all the nice things she said about me in her 7 page freak out.....

Holy balls sweet Neptune. Leg day was rough... barely lifted anything too.
Did a new thing. Leg press, 100 reps in 5 minutes. Did 8 plates, 30 reps, rested, 20 reps, 20 reps, 15, then another 15. Completed it in 5:03. Didn't feel heavy, but it was tough trying to get out of the sled.
3x10 goblet squat w/70lbs superset extensions 160 3x10
Tried doing DB RDL with my toes elevated but my knees kept buckling. Felt like a pansy. So I just moved to leg curls. 95lbs. Single leg, 10 reps on each leg, then a burnout with both legs for 3 sets.
Seated calf raise 3x12 for 4 plates.
Standing calf raise 3x9-10 for 2 plates.
I tried flexing my legs but I couldn't, so here's a relaxed shot of the ol' meat slabs.
Few veins in there. Started nolva yesterday. I've felt fucking fantastic lately. Been waking up 5am on the dot no alarm. Feel like one of them young whipper snappers again. IMAG0132.jpg

WOW. IM GOING TO RANT HERE FOR A MINUTE.
I'm watching this documentary called "Hitler in the Andes".
Talks about how the Soviet Union never confirmed Hitler's death, and how multiple doubles were found. The FBI led an 11 year investigation about it, and a maid who worked at a German hotel in Argentina swears she saw Hitler two different times in 1948, since she was a server for him.
So I'm watching this thing thinking "god damn this is some.crazy shit. Could be real" then just as I'm starting to think about the possibilities the documentary ends like this, I shit you not, verbatim.
"Some believe Hitler may have fled to Argentina on a u-boat, and from there to Antarctica where he waits for a UFO to take him to other worlds to conquer."
My jaw dropped, I stared at the screen, I even reminded that bullshit to see if I misunderstood them, but no they were dead ass serious.
Jesus titty fucking Christ I am livid.
