Long term storage for finished capsules

I'm planning on getting some raw cialis and capping it. I've done it before and it was fairly tedious. So I'd like to cap as many as possible in one shot, keep a few months worth for daily use on hand, and store the rest of the caps the best way possible. I live in an extremely warm and humid climate. Cool and dry does not exist here in the summer, so I wouldn't feel comfortable just stuffing the excess in a closet or drawer. I've seen suggestions on storing raws, but no mention of capsules. Would the same method of vacuum sealed in mylar bag with oxygen absorbers and desiccant packs in freezer work? Worried caps might get crushed, and not sure how they'd react to cold temps.

Are you willing to spend some money? I bought a portable camping fridge and set the temperature to 14*C to store my unused stash.

Storing powders in a capsule should last as long as the poders stored by themselves as long as the capsules themselves don't degrade. Does your house get to 100+ degrees F in the summer. 80 degrees or so should be no problem. The military keeps drugs for a long time past expiration with no issues in general and i would guess the bottle sare just sitting on a shelf where ever they are at.

Freezer for very long term, fridge will work for years. Why are you capping your own tadalafil? Indian pharmaceutical tadalafil is really cheap. It's so cheap I can't imagine wanting to cap my own. If you're dead set on making your own just store the raw in the fridge and make oral suspensions. Those are quick and easy.

I'd think the humidity would be a bigger problem than the heat. Or perhaps the combination of them both. It gets really nasty here in the summer. I have my thermostats set to eco mode at 80F when I'm gone. But even with a dehumidifier, there's only so much I can do in the summer.

You know your situation better then me, i have powders i have had for 10+ years with no detectable degradation. I have them in bags with a desiccant which are baged in another bag with a dessicant. And stored in an insulated cooler in the closet in the middle of my house. The temp gets over 80 degrees sometimes in the summer but not for long periods of time. But humidity isn't to bad.Runs from 60-80%

I would be more concerned with the integrity of the capsule itself than the actual drug
Likewise. That said, HPMC capsules are far less prone to issues arising from temperature & humidity & would be my choice here.

Neither gelatine or HPMC capsules are suitable for freezing.
